之前在舊店時用餐體驗挺好的,但搬左來尖沙咀後感覺大不如前了。首先環境真係比較擠迫,地方細了很多。湯底的花膠略帶腥味,質素沒有以前的穩定。其他食材一般,正常,不過不失,只是價格並不便宜。服務一般,可能看見我們是本地人吧。相反店內其他大部分是國內人,變成網紅店了所以有差別吧

🍺✨️其中一杯飲品我地叫左桂花酸梅湯。雖然今次嘅食物,由於處理得宜,並會造成太多嘅油膩感覺,但係飲一杯冰涼嘅特飲,跟程序都係打邊爐既指定動作。酸梅湯嘅甜,同桂花嘅香味,令到哩個指定動作,完美落地。

一間有心機準備材料,擺盤,味道既餐廳,就算佢唔講,客人一樣會感受到。希望佢地繼續保持水準。

以前已經聽過鮮入圍煮,但今次第一次食。無諗過尖沙咀店咁多人,book左都要等,加上等位個空間好逼,大家要有心理準備,好彩店員都好友善地安撫食客。黎得應該都係衝住佢個花膠雞湯,即使半隻份量都幾多,雞肉同花膠份量都足夠。店員建議先飲湯,再加骨湯打邊爐。湯頭的確幾出色,有雞湯既鮮甜,又有花膠個種獨有既膠質。比起一般邊爐湯底較濃,亦較有特色。娃娃菜放曬落去雞湯到煮,吸曬個湯D味之餘,又有娃娃菜既甜。澳洲和牛牛展肉呢款雖然係餐牌中比較平嘅一款,但煮完唔會鞋,有肉味又唔怕太油,OK啵薑汁皮蛋貢丸有驚喜,平時麻麻皮蛋都鐘意。牛黃喉份量好多,質地係爽脆,但配呢個湯唔太夾,如果叫麻辣就夾好多。飲品上除左一般汽水啤酒茶都有D特色野飲揀。

黎得應該都係衝住佢個花膠雞湯,即使半隻份量都幾多,雞肉同花膠份量都足夠。店員建議先飲湯,再加骨湯打邊爐。湯頭的確幾出色,有雞湯既鮮甜,又有花膠個種獨有既膠質。比起一般邊爐湯底較濃,亦較有特色。
