起10/8嘅時候,同朋友走左去觀堂駱駝漆大厦,無意中見到有呢問專食鱔魚嘅店舖。當時雖然係午餐時候,但冇話特別多人,環境比較靜,格局比較似新裝修,但店員服務算ok。不過水要自己去吧台拿。當時就叫左個日式芥辣味同中版豉椒醬油味。鱔魚係切片上,都可以食到佢蒸魚特有嘅魚油香味同鱔魚特有嘅彈牙口感。日式芥辣味係甜醬油打底,然後外加一小堆芥辣放起碟側面等你自己混合。食落口味偏甜咸味,加左芥辣之後味道會更加復雜,係點精之筆。而中版則應該更加符合香港人嘅口味,係家常蒸魚嘅味道。個汁主打咸,鮮,辣,醬油嘅咸外加上辣椒同豆豉令到鱔魚嘅肥美更加突顯到出來,因此送飯一流。整體呢講食物質數高,價格親民,午市大約100以內,我記得好似60-80左右。份量唔係特別多,如果胃口較大嘅話有可能會覺得唔滿足,但正常應該係夠食。比較推薦。

一直都知道觀塘工廠大廈呢邊特別多隱世美食,呢日見有時間就特登同朋友去駱駝漆搵下好野食。黎到呢一間鮮活之味,見佢位置都幾寬敞,無咩人唔使排隊等位,岩哂肚餓既我地去試下。呢間餐廳係主打食鱔,我同朋友一人叫一份唔同味道既鱔嚟試試,睇下邊個好食啲先一份係白灼蔥油汁鮮白鱔片飯,另一份就係花椒醬汁鮮白鱔片飯。如果鍾意重口味啲既可以試下花椒醬汁,我自己就覺得白灼蔥油好食啲,因為白鱔個味道會出啲。另外仲可以加$12轉做魚湯,個湯都好鮮好抵飲。

幫大家試左伏,如果想食蜜餞雞球同椒鹽雞球,可以唔洗試,2個雞球都無味,蜜餞都叫好啲有蜜糖可以hi下啲味擺到落口,無所謂既野味同多汁,自問自己平時都唔浪費食物,會幫女朋友清碗,呢次啲雞球係完全餸唔到飯,剩左起碼半碗。*利申:$18半份娃娃菜,唔知你地係咪覺得價錢無問題,至少我覺得唔抵而2個飯餐亦都等左35分鐘,雖講既叫即炸,等我明白,但夜晚8點去到,全場有1/3吉位,等上枱都要等咁耐,如果好食都無咁嬲,但又唔好食又等得耐真係搞唔掂!
