Yoasobi都過嚟這間餐廳食嘢所以專登過嚟試下,但訂位好難所以我預早三個禮拜前訂定位同朋友慶祝生日,切蛋糕時餐廳會播生日歌之前幾枱播生日歌比較正常啲輪到我個枱我生日的朋友比較年輕但居然播中式生日歌比較尷尬但搞笑可以搞到氣氛另到全埸其他枱一齊唱生日歌讓我生日朋友好驚喜,每位侍應都好熱情同會營造到氣氛唔係太多餐廳有咁嘅服務。我們一定會再來也強烈推薦這間餐廳是朋友聚會及慶祝生日好地方,這間餐廳音樂比較大聲如果鍾意靜嘅朋友未必適合,值得一提這到侍應會不停會敬你飲酒,酒量差要小心。 continue reading

鵝頸橋呢間火鍋店都開咗一段時間,見佢裝修行香港懷舊嘅風格,同對面嘅樓下風格相當相似,只係唔同路線。聽聞亦都係光環店,即管試下佢究竟好唔好食,抵唔抵食。溫馨提示:此篇文章為自費食評,食物質素每日可能不穩定。同行9位,叫咗好多嘢食,唔續樣講啦。呢度每位嘅醬料都係要收費$20嘅,選擇黎講唔算特別多,不過有齊港式火鍋需要用到嘅醬料。以同類型店舖黎講,服務亦都幾好。環境光猛,Keep 主播大家熟悉嘅熱鬧廣東歌,氣氛良好。食港式火鍋除咗食配料,其實個鍋先最緊要。分別點咗個鴛鴦鍋(沙嗲/胡椒猪骨沙白),同埋我最鍾意嘅麻辣牛雜鍋。前菜點咗川椒皮蛋,炸墨魚餅,臭豆腐,泡椒鳳爪。炸墨魚餅最好食,皮蛋臭豆腐正常,泡椒鳳爪我覺得唔夠辣,不過其他人就話幾好。湯底方面,麻辣牛雜鍋推介,裡面超多了,牛肺入口係化開嘅,好好食,辣度正常,唔錯。(我本身鍾意辣嘅)牛肉方面,果日推介嘅部位有腩頭,邊爪。本地騸牯牛。未算係好靚,不過收費公道,只係 $488。其他推介火鍋配料:豬黃喉,花雕雞潤,大竹笙,獅頭鵝腸,油鴨肶,手打墨魚丸,蝦丸,豬潤,豬大腸,大連蚌,黑柏葉大家嚟開就即管嗌啲試下,應該無伏,一係無貨。佢哋有個隱藏版嘅竹蔗茅根,有 Gin 係裡面,好好飲,不過都好快冧,量力而為。食飽飲飽,每人$450,收費好公道 continue reading

懷舊風格裝修的港式火鍋店用餐,整體感覺還算不錯。店鋪的裝修採用了七八十年代的風格,給人一種復古的氛圍,讓人感覺舒適愉悅。我們點了牛肉、手作牛肉丸、餃子、炸午餐肉、玉米等等。牛肉質量尚可,口感不錯,不過可能需要注意一下切片的厚度,有些部分稍嫌過厚。手作牛肉丸味道不錯,彈牙有嚼勁,但有時略顯油膩。餃子的餡料豐富,但皮稍厚。炸午餐肉味道倒是出乎意料的好,外酥裡嫩,是一道不錯的小吃選擇。至於玉米,口感尚可,但沒有什麼特別之處。火鍋的湯底口味多樣,但整體來說味道尚可,不過可能需要注意一下鮮味的濃度,有些許偏淡。配菜新鮮程度良好,種類也算豐富。值得一提的是,醬料種類很豐富,特別是有很純正的北方芝麻醬。整體而言,這家港式火鍋店給人的感覺還是不錯的。雖然在食材的處理上還有一些可以改進的地方,但在懷舊風格的氛圍中享用火鍋,仍然是一次愉悅的用餐體驗。 continue reading

新年特別多飯局,天氣凍特別適合打邊爐,同事book咗呢一間火鍋店,貪佢有間房,又有得唱K,特別適合公司同事之間年終聚會。店員特別好服務,好快已經係我哋去咗房間,房間都算乾淨同埋大,可能見到啲人多嘅關係,仲幫我哋免開瓶費👍🏼叫左2個花膠雞湯湯底,好濃郁,好有雞味,點讚👍🏼一如以往一定要叫牛,尤其是係腩包,廚房好貼心,寫好晒煮食時間,例如腩包咁樣,寫明只係需要五至六秒 cooking time 腩包肉味好重,好正😋最後埋單每人大概$800,好滿足 continue reading
