I’ve walked past this place so many times, always drawn to how stylish and inviting it looks from the outside. Finally, I had the chance to try it, and here’s how it went: Amazing Soup Base Options There are so many soup bases to choose from, but I went with the pepper and clam broth. It was rich, flavorful, and had the perfect balance of spice and freshness from the clams. The food selection here is impressive. there’s something for everyone. It was my friend’s birthday that day, so we ordered a bit of everything to share. Everything was super fresh, and everyone at the table loved it. What made the experience extra special was the lively atmosphere. The owner and staff were so friendly and even came over to toast with us since we were celebrating a birthday. It really added to the fun and made the night unforgettable.

Yoasobi都過嚟這間餐廳食嘢所以專登過嚟試下,但訂位好難所以我預早三個禮拜前訂定位同朋友慶祝生日,切蛋糕時餐廳會播生日歌之前幾枱播生日歌比較正常啲輪到我個枱我生日的朋友比較年輕但居然播中式生日歌比較尷尬但搞笑可以搞到氣氛另到全埸其他枱一齊唱生日歌讓我生日朋友好驚喜,每位侍應都好熱情同會營造到氣氛唔係太多餐廳有咁嘅服務。我們一定會再來也強烈推薦這間餐廳是朋友聚會及慶祝生日好地方,這間餐廳音樂比較大聲如果鍾意靜嘅朋友未必適合,值得一提這到侍應會不停會敬你飲酒,酒量差要小心。

鵝頸橋呢間火鍋店都開咗一段時間,見佢裝修行香港懷舊嘅風格,同對面嘅樓下風格相當相似,只係唔同路線。聽聞亦都係光環店,即管試下佢究竟好唔好食,抵唔抵食。溫馨提示:此篇文章為自費食評,食物質素每日可能不穩定。同行9位,叫咗好多嘢食,唔續樣講啦。呢度每位嘅醬料都係要收費$20嘅,選擇黎講唔算特別多,不過有齊港式火鍋需要用到嘅醬料。以同類型店舖黎講,服務亦都幾好。環境光猛,Keep 主播大家熟悉嘅熱鬧廣東歌,氣氛良好。食港式火鍋除咗食配料,其實個鍋先最緊要。分別點咗個鴛鴦鍋(沙嗲/胡椒猪骨沙白),同埋我最鍾意嘅麻辣牛雜鍋。前菜點咗川椒皮蛋,炸墨魚餅,臭豆腐,泡椒鳳爪。炸墨魚餅最好食,皮蛋臭豆腐正常,泡椒鳳爪我覺得唔夠辣,不過其他人就話幾好。湯底方面,麻辣牛雜鍋推介,裡面超多了,牛肺入口係化開嘅,好好食,辣度正常,唔錯。(我本身鍾意辣嘅)牛肉方面,果日推介嘅部位有腩頭,邊爪。本地騸牯牛。未算係好靚,不過收費公道,只係 $488。其他推介火鍋配料:豬黃喉,花雕雞潤,大竹笙,獅頭鵝腸,油鴨肶,手打墨魚丸,蝦丸,豬潤,豬大腸,大連蚌,黑柏葉大家嚟開就即管嗌啲試下,應該無伏,一係無貨。佢哋有個隱藏版嘅竹蔗茅根,有 Gin 係裡面,好好飲,不過都好快冧,量力而為。食飽飲飽,每人$450,收費好公道
