是日晚餐,簡簡單單,來個雞煲一樂也。今晚揀咗花膠濃湯雞煲,要咗一隻雞,隻雞真係好靚好新鮮,而且份量好足,佢啲雞都真係幾大隻。湯底滾起嘅時候,侍應主動埋嚟幫我哋將隻雞放入個湯度,仲問我哋落晒成隻雞定係先落半隻雞,我哋一次過落晒成隻雞,呢度嘅服務很好我我很滿意。再滾多5、6分鐘之後就可以開始食,侍應建議我哋先飲雞湯,佢話頭啖湯係特別滋味。飲舊雞湯食舊雞肉之後就可以叫侍應加湯,然後開始打邊爐。打邊爐又點少得牛肉呢,我哋嗌咗一份細嘅安格斯牛肉,都幾新鮮,脂肪分布都均勻,淥熟咗之後唔會話好韌。另外我哋仲嗌咗芋頭件同埋淮山片,兩樣都味道唔錯。

喺出面好多地方食雞煲,用嘅雞都唔需要好靚,因為個湯底嘅味道好濃,可以蓋過唔靚唔新鮮嗰啲肉嘅味道,所以真係冇諗過呢度用嘅雞會咁靚。今晚食椰子雞煲,雞肉同湯底分開上,另外仲有個椰青畀你倒落個湯底度,睇到都已經覺得好滋潤。滾起先飲頭啖湯,佢啲雞真係唔錯,肉質嫩滑有彈性。飲完雞湯食完一輪雞之後就打邊爐,我哋之後叫咗四樣嘢食,分別有蓮藕片、豬潤、竹笙同埋油麥菜,呢度嘅竹笙好靚,食落去好爽口同埋最重要係冇一陣噏味。

三日連續假期long weekend的第一天,晚上七時於石門這個地方竟然可以full House,就是因為這裏的雞煲質素高價錢亦合理。這是半隻雞的份量,比想像之中來得大碟,而且雞肉的色澤亦非常靚,質素很高。雞肉和湯底分開上,湯底滾起才將雞件倒入湯底內,頭啖雞湯味道香濃,雞肉亦鮮嫩。韭菜餃新鮮好味,是店員推介,果然冇介紹錯。這裏的炸魚皮很有趣,因為很大塊很長,當然亦很脆。另外還點了豬潤,很新鮮,冇瘀血色水。

誰說雞煲一定要麻辣菜好吃?這家店的椰子雞煲清新滋潤好味道。湯仔本身已經非常足料,紅棗竹笙杞子椰子肉等。雞件和湯底分開上,讓你清楚看見他們的雞顏值高,而且新鮮。湯底放入雞件後還會在你面前倒入一整個椰青,你可以刮椰青肉進湯底又或者直接吃,難怪如此清潤滋味。如麻辣雞煲一樣,當湯底滾起先吃雞及喝雞湯,之後才打邊爐。其實吃了半隻雞已經很飽,所以點不了很多火鍋配料,我們只點了兩款,這個是炸魚皮,這裏的炸魚皮很大塊很長。這個是蝦滑,一份有兩條,真抵食。

上網見好多人推介呢間雞煲的椰子雞煲,所以決定試吓。湯底都幾多材料,有紅棗杞子椰子肉等,侍應會喺你面前車個椰青落埋個湯底度,多一從功夫可能都係想話比你知佢哋係真材實料卦。雞係另上嘅,個湯底滾起先落,d雞都幾靚幾新鮮咁樣,再等個湯底滾5分鐘左右就食得,味道唔錯,雞味夠香濃夠新鮮,個雞湯都好正。食完雞就開始打邊爐,叫咗蜂巢豆腐同鮮蝦雲吞兩款配料,蜂巢豆腐吸晒啲雞湯嘅精華實在太正,佢嘅鮮蝦雲吞都好食,啲餡都幾新鮮。佢嘅杯檸茶好大杯好正,真係雞煲必備。
