大熱天時外賣個冰鎮撈麵

放工已經晏，又熱，去番龍門客棧encore多次個冰鎮撈麵，包一杯熱飲，都係$50，鋪頭都推介月桂茶，下次有機會再試。番到去打開都見到份量適中，麻醬都已經撈好晒。我係男仕，食完都覺得好飽，餸同麵既比例岩岩好，餸主要有鴨胸肉、火腿絲、青瓜絲、少許芫茜、最重要係個麻醬，麻醬充足又撈得夠均勻，啖啖麵都食到有麻醬，對於我呢啲麻醬愛好者黎講，極之欣賞。而且拎到番屋企食，啲麵都仲夠凍，唔會變左暖晒，夏天食，係一流既。下次會試埋佢個咖哩牛腩飯。 continue reading
