無嚟食一陣子,突然變咗南小館plus前菜 $15奇異果乾、花生、醃黃蘿白,呢份前菜就同餐廳一齊upgrade咗,之前好似係花生同辣菜甫茶水每位 $9估計同之前一樣,仲係用蕎麥茶,但今次味道好淡,定轉咗茶呢?南小館四小拼 $82糖醋排骨 - 四款之中最好味,甜酸醇厚,好開胃花雕白雞 - 酒香,雞肉都有微微嘅酒味,肉質嫩滑口水川雞 - 偏辣,嘴唇會有少少麻涼拌豬耳 - 同口水雞個味道相近,都係偏辣,嘴唇會越食越麻整體份量比之前嚟食嘅多,味道就同之前一樣,保持到水準 鮮肉小籠包(5件) $48湯汁都算多,小籠包包皮厚度適中排骨湯麵 $60個湯底好清,排骨炸得好脆但唔乾,唔錯 continue reading
