大半個月前已經約咗一個唔係成日見嘅朋友嚟呢度食飯,喺OpenRice度訂枱之前一日就收到餐廳WhatsApp同我講話OpenRice要$500以上消費先有九折做會員就要取消個OpenRice訂枱先至有折咁我話唔好咁複雜啦,我用返OpenRice個Booking,因為我想確保有枱點知今日12:30食飯、11:30打俾我話今日Booking好爆滿,可唔可以改期聽日先食飯?我話我約咗人哋好耐先有約到一日食飯,無可能改期佢就同我講如果一定要今日嚟嘅話,就要搭枱我話咁你係咪即係以後唔想我嚟啊?佢先至話好啦好啦、俾返張唔使搭枱嘅枱你呢啲咩服務嚟㗎?唔好以為自己不嬲生意好就可以咁樣搬弄啲客人啦,其實香港嘅飲食業就係咁,俾你哋搞軭晒

一踏入金蘭花,空氣中已經飄浮著泰式香料嘅誘惑。泰式燒雞配咗一隻金黃閃閃嘅太陽蛋,燒雞香噴噴,肉嘅質感鬆軟,啖啖肉真係食落有哂滿足感,但個雞皮燒到微微焦脆,呢下少少,就有啲乾咗。太陽蛋流出既蛋黃,淋喺白飯上面,味道簡直無得頂!豬肉炒金邊粉嘅話,面條炒到又乾爽又入味,真系炒功一流!豬肉腍滑,吸滿咗豉油同芽菜嘅鮮美。每一啖都嘆為觀止,簡直係平民美食之選。整體嚟講,這家泰國餐廳提供嘅佳餚襯托出濃厚嘅泰式風情。食物嘅味道紮實,質素有保證,加上店家嘅服務,真系稱心滿意,真系要讚一讚!下次再嚟,鐘意食辣嘅朋友們,記得唔好錯過喇!🌶️👌🏻🥘#金蘭花 #泰國美食 #燒雞蛋白飯 #炒金邊粉

中午同同事去咗呢間泰國私房菜餐廳食lunch。一入門口見到佢貼住:last day 2024年1月19日。原來呢間餐廳已經做咗30幾年,我今次第一次嚟食已經係最後一次了😢餐廳都幾受歡迎,雖然訂咗位,都等咗10分鐘左右。等入座期間見到有好多人買外賣🥡餐廳唔係好大,今次我哋食嘅時候仲要啱啱有一大班人一齊食(慶祝生日🎂),所以好嘈。中午有lunch sets, 每個set 都配一個前菜、甜品及一杯飲品。價錢係$108-$118,會員唔洗加一😁我叫咗泰式海南雞飯。前菜係雲耳加青瓜🥒,幾開胃👍🏻海南雞係有骨的😅不過唔多骨,應該係已經去咗部分骨。飯好多,食唒一定飽😋甜品係番薯🍠浸咗糖水,好甜,我就麻麻地😅飲品有凍飲🥤同熱飲☕️揀,我就揀咗杯熱檸檬水幫助消化😂當然有其他泰式飲品揀。

最近啲餐廳好早就閂門,好多都係閂九點。依間泰國菜閂十點,評價又唔錯,試試佢。地點都唔算難搵,係樓上鋪,要行兩層有啲斜又有啲高嘅樓梯先上到去/ 至少上一層樓梯再搭lift。係泰國人主理,餐廳環境舒服,唔算大地方,都真係有少少食私房菜嘅感覺。兩個人總共叫左三個菜,兩個甜品。另外叫左一杯凍檸多(檸檬+ 益力多)同杞子龍眼冰。一開始有一盤現炸蝦片,送既,份量都幾多,脆卜卜。肉碎生菜包:可以揀豬/牛/雞。我地揀左豬,份量適中。泰式炒芥蘭:其實只係臘肉炒芥蘭,唔知泰式位係邊🙈。海鮮炒粉絲:熱辣辣好食甜品叫左椰汁糕同千層糕,本身想叫南瓜燉蛋,但要預訂。另外有個芒果糯米飯,但一個細size都要$108,所以冇叫到。椰汁糕同千層糕都係整好晒係雪櫃拎出黎,個椰汁糕(總共四件),略嫌有啲太凍,仲有啲冰,要擺一陣先食。唔好睇佢細細杯,入面有啲芋泥蓉,椰子味夠重夠香。千層糕賣相十分吸精,斑蘭味都有,好好味😋全餐最滿意係個兩款甜品另外佢有個芒果糯米飯生日蛋糕好似都好特別咁~
