今日,同親戚走左去利東街行,順便同介紹左呢間食飯。餐廳環境認真一流,店裡面有兩層下第一層係咪沙律,西式面包三文治,上層會有埋熱食包括意粉蛋餅pizza,甚至野飲。整體坐落去係非常之舒適寧靜,超似入左去歐洲度假。食物亦都非常符合西方味道。當時叫左蕃茄芝士披薩,蕃茄味道酸酸甜甜超香芝士味,餅底小米比較遠配埋外脆內軟有啲似酸種麵包整成。然後我地亦都叫左菠菜芝士蛋餅配沙律,沙律喺地中海小米沙律,食落去亦都比較甜甜地帶淡酸,小米比較軟,配蔬菜一齊食非常和諧。蛋餅味道比較清,因為係蔬菜同芝士餡底,所以食落去喺超級香嘅奶油同蛋味,外皮係酥皮,超正。南瓜湯亦都好香南瓜同奶油嘅味道。整體而言,非常推薦,環境非常舒適,食物都唔錯,喺可以令你享受得到寧靜嘅時間。 continue reading

不得不说,一口气吃五款甜品是有点腻红莓千层塔 全场最佳!🍓酸甜的树莓和香醇的开心果层层叠叠,伴随着扎实而绵软的口感在嘴里逐渐融化,让浓郁有层次的味道调动着味蕾💫,吃起来很香甜却不会很腻开心果蛋糕 上面的榛子和开心果是点睛之笔,虽然我觉得有点甜了,🌰但是坚果让一整个变得软中带酥,挺香醇的甚至能吃饱了 continue reading

今次行過落Passion,決定要諗一諗佢哋嘅牌子菜。先點左份凱撒沙律,嗱,保證係靚嘅一盤,生菜嘅爽脆啱晒嚟開胃。再來個Quiche蛋餅,焗得啱啱好,內餡滿滿嘅蛋香同埋牛油味,實在係嘴巴開心嘅開端啊!🥚吞咗口唾沫,瞄到隔離桌嘅Salmon & Brie Toast,順手也點咗一份。煙三文魚搭配Brie芝士,吃落去就係鹹香中帶點乳酪嘅溫柔。真心不過癮,後悔冇多叫兩片!🧀🍞接下來嘅Beef Lasagna,讓啲肚仔熱笠笠。層層牛肉同埋芝士,好似輕柔既音符咁,喺舌尖跳一支優雅的舞。而家先知道,為咗食呢個!我願意胖🍽️。Casseroles Slow Cooked Beef啊!差啲忘記講,牛肉煮得夠時間,夠火候,夠淋。獨一無二嘅紅酒醬汁之下,配上一片麵包,法式生活即刻躍入口中。尾聲當然要留給甜品,Lychee & Raspberry Pavlova,外酥內軟,紅莓與荔枝嘅酸甜配合得天衣無縫,每一口都幸福滿載。續杯House Wine啤酒暖胃又提氣,跟住啖啖香檸檬茶,清新締造難忘既完美句號。今晚傾下裙,講下食,Passion,你真係搞得好!🍷🍰🍋 continue reading
