To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日落雨，打算食個快飯，近近地就去咗樓下大快活食。入到去下午1點，唔算太多人排隊，於是叫咗個每週精選 -- 雞槌豬扒飯，再加杯熱檸茶。豬扒同其他餸都係味道一般，無咩驚喜，豬扒都幾霖嘅，豆豆同紅蘿蔔就無咩味道，不過$40算係咁架啦！點知一咬個雞槌，入面好紅，雞槌唔熟，真係令我覺得好失望！好彩佢一碟有2隻雞槌，另1隻雞槌就比較熟少少，咬落都幾香口嘅。飯嘅份量就比較多，同埋都幾軟熟，無咗隻雞槌都起碼有足夠嘅飯填飽個肚嘅！

放假食咗好多熱氣嘢,星期一收工想話食番D清清哋嘅嘢,但係居然走咗入大快活,心諗阿活都唔會有清清哋嘅晚餐食㗎喇!只係諗住望吓個餐牌跟住就揾過第二間,點知發現有個菜膽花膠鷄湯飯好似幾得,於是就揀咗嚟試吓喇。啖湯幾清甜,花膠冬菇菜膽樣樣都合格,雞肶有驚喜,煲得幾腍幾滑,D飯軟硬適中又大大碟,將D湯倒落個飯喥,一啖啖清湯撈飯真係又飽肚又舒服!快餐店都可以食到咁清嘅晚飯,肚仔爽晒!

今日好肚餓，自己食左成個大面，從前二寶面索價38，今日變三寶，已定價在45，講真，價錢一d都唔平。。。。燒鴨叉燒水餃米45賣相很好，立起食欲，好久無吃燒味喇，鴨幾有鴨香，叉燒忘了要瘦，所以就成半肥瘦了，都ok，但餃子無乜料，而且一夾好易爛，點了的米粉索盡我自加的六包辣汁，即刻好食好味好多了。係大快活黎講，燒味味道算最好了。加凍奶茶3唔洗講太多，碎冰在奶足茶夠既奶茶內，合格之上，黎都係主要飲佢嫁姐。
