昨午到訪,訂了1:45,早了15分鐘到,也立即安排座位。進入用餐間,環境舒適,播放懷舊歌曲與室內陳設也配合。先點選數款點心,侍應提㸃,部分是一籠3件,有些是4件,而我是2⃣️人入座,可把㸃心根據人數上,這是否貼心服務,因人而異啦!黑魚子鮑魚芋盒,每件計,鮑魚算淋,有咬口小籠包,皮簿,算是城中最薄的一間,平時頂部的摺疊口太厚,都是咬出放碟邊的,但這間是可以一起品嘗的。值得一讚!惜中間食材,肉偏瘦,嚡口,如➕少少肥肉,應更好。蘋果义燒酥,皮酥鬆化,甜度適中黑松露雜菌包,欠松露味,有少少驚喜是,煮法用生煎包,底部有少少脆口,可接受。主食是鮑魚鴛鴦米泡飯,湯底用南瓜海鮮湯,不過不失。午膳已提供75折優惠。期間發生小插曲,樓面與廚房發生問題,嘈交聲傳到用餐間,一定影響食客對食府的觀感。 continue reading

見到很多好評的這間餐廳,慕名嚟幫襯,上網即訂到檯,還以為咁好彩?點知,一入去坐低即覺室內環境悶熱,附近冷氣壞咗,比坐大排檔更熱,食物尚可,但價錢則不菲,一邊食一邊標汗,問取一杯冰過嚟都冇,叫侍應請她的經理過嚟反映一下,又久久唔見人,咁唯有草草埋單走人,走嘅時候見個經理在門口竟然係度玩手機,問佢知唔知我哋等緊佢,他竟望都唔望我哋,追問佢他才不屑地回答話要忙完手頭上工作再過嚟,陳經理:莫非你唔志在我哋呢啲過門嘅生客? continue reading

慕名而去中華滙館,去到坐低叫嘢食,開始發覺間餐廳唔夠冷氣,越食越熱,叫侍應開大啲個冷氣,原來在我哋身邊其中1架冷氣壞咗,其他已經開到16度,跟住最開頭我同侍應講想要杯冰,跟住侍應同我講唔好意思如果要冰係需要錢嘅,咁我就同佢講你叫經理過嚟我同佢講,佢真係幫手去叫經理,但係等咗10分鐘都未見人,我忍唔住出去直接搵佢,我見佢喺度撳電話,跟住我問佢你知唔知我就投訴喺度等緊你,佢同我講佢做緊嘢做完嘢就會過嚟我張枱。在我立場如果佢講緊電話客人訂枱,無辦法,但係如果係撳電話的話,係唔係應該顧及在場客人嘅投訴為先。佢嘅態度從來都冇覺得佢有問題,跟住我同佢講完個投訴之後,佢只係問我需唔需要比兩杯冰水我,我同佢講現在唔需要啦因為我已經埋單走啦。在臨走出門口,我同佢講我從未試過去一間高級餐廳,有咁劣質嘅服務,當我同佢講嘅時候佢都唔望住我,完全冇禮貌,目中無人,跟住佢嘅解釋係因為佢又做緊嘢喎,可能呢位陳經理只係招呼熟客,我哋啲散客就唔需要招呼,我奉勸這間高級餐廳嘅老闆,如果想生意好唔該換左呢個陳經理,除非佢係股東,如果佢真係股東都叫佢唔好出鋪面啦,完全係趕客,順帶一提佢而家做緊七五折,有咩用,唔使錢都唔會再嚟。我哋一行四人食咗八百幾蚊,當然係唔飽啦,最後我哋去咗灣仔bakehouse 食下午茶,人哋嘅服務態度,就真係一流啦 continue reading

計劃星期日行山後找個舒適啲地方午飯,由接待開始已經强差人意,另外菜譜內沒有供應的款式不作標誌,令客人感覺想吃咩冇咩很失望,最後柯打咗二點心,三餸菜,衹有其中的醉鴿係可以,最後埋單也是三摧四請沒有順完成……期望改變。(有時輕鬆訂到位,未必係好事) continue reading
