在香港食泰國菜。而這一間嘅泰國菜味道是可以的,但係佢嘅泰國菜真係改良咗口味,可能係為咗適應香港人嘅口味,但係我覺得始終正宗嘅泰國菜應該跟返泰國嘅口味,比較好啲。叫咗個炒蜆,蜆肉比較細,如果蜆肉大d,就比較好啲。 continue reading

Last minute先想食泰國嘢,6點半仲book到8點入座,openrice訂座有9折,論方便程度已經贏一半去到唔駛等位有得入座,坐卡位,唔限時,坐得好寬敞👍🏻我哋一行4人,唔算大食,叫咗7樣嘢🙂炭烤沙嗲串拼盤$98肉燒到有啲韌,同行嘅人話食到有舊豬肉成舊都係肥肉,牛肉好多筋,但我比較好彩,啖啖肉,以炭烤嚟講唔夠焦香味,沙嗲醬還可以柚子鮮蝦沙律$84蝦有啲老唔夠新鮮,其他食材包括腰果紫洋蔥碌柚肉,份量可以,個汁調得幾好,酸酸甜甜幾開胃青咖喱雞$88+薄餅$32椰漿偏多,掩蓋咗青咖喱應有嘅辣味,雞肉少咗啲,主要係豆同茄子,可惜啲蔬菜全部都唔入味,普通濕炒豬肉河粉$78肉同菜嘅份量都幾多,唯一嘅敗筆係炒得唔夠鑊氣唔夠惹味,河粉一疊疊未炒開,師傅未夠火喉馬拉盞炒椰茶苗$78味道可以但唔夠鑊氣,都見到有唔少蝦米,椰菜苗一般都偏硬芒果糯米飯$68芒果都算香甜嘅,不過個椰漿做得唔夠甜,以甜品來講有啲失色,糯米飯基本好穩陣冇得失手總結環境🪑想坐得舒舒服服,尤其買完一堆野想休息吓慢慢食,呢度係幾理想食物🍹中規中矩,無伏服務🕴🏼個人覺得還可以,畢竟都只係啲街坊嘢,但同行嘅人就對侍應嘅態度有意見,所以如果要主動又殷勤嘅服務、友善嘅回應,咁呢度就未必適合啦 continue reading

是日晚餐泰國菜#翟道翟1️⃣炭烤松阪豬頸肉🐽今晚最為推介嘅一道菜豬頸肉燒得火候適中,爽口,配上秘製醬汁一流👍👍2️⃣泰酸辣生蝦🦐蝦肉夠彈牙,但調味汁可以辣一點3️⃣馬拉盞炒椰菜苗🥬馬拉盞味道到位,但調味都係可以辣多一點4️⃣蝦醬肉碎炒飯🍛今晚最為失色的一道菜蝦醬味欠奉,飯不夠乾身,較油概括而言不過不失,正常發揮🤔但真係推介大家可以試吓佢嘅豬頸肉,會食唔停口😋😋個人評價: 總結3/5 星 continue reading

之前喺度食過晚飯覺得唔錯,又同朋友過嚟食lunch~叫咗一個雞肉炒河粉,一個咖喱牛腩飯同埋一個炸蝦餅。另外佢跟餐會送一碗菜湯,味道唔算超好但叫有碗嘢飲下咁。炒河有鑊氣,配料份量都好大方,味道好好,但食到一半就開始覺得有少少油膩但咖喱牛腩飯就完全係我嘅菜!好香椰汁味,牛肉份量亦都夠多,成件事超級送飯,好味!仲有個炸蝦餅,應該係即叫即炸~我哋食到一半先送到,所以外皮非常香脆,入面夠蝦膠亦都好彈牙,$18都幾抵食。 continue reading

知道店舖開了一段時間,今日終於到訪,到訪前看研究過餐牌,所以入座前已心裏有數。二人同行,點了冬陰功烤魚,以往一直食烏頭,今日試吓盲曹。另外點了醃仔蟹木瓜沙律,紅咖喱烤鴨及白飯。由於有訂台,所以安排了舒服的卡位。每枱已有水樽方便斟水,可惜水樽設計令倒水困難。最先出的食物竟然係咖喱烤鴨,咖哩汁蓋過所有鴨,所以以為鴨份量小,夾吓夾吓都幾多。咖哩不辣帶甜,可能是加了菠蘿,味道超出預期。醃仔蟹木瓜沙律:醃仔蟹超級之咸,太咸之固,所以扣分!冬陰功湯烤魚算是精明之選,因為有魚食之外,又有冬蔭功湯飲。亦欣賞餐廳隨魚附上一碗湯,以便客人自行加湯!其實盲曹真的與烏頭魚差唔多!另外飯腳卻欣賞烤魚的焦汁,酸甜惹味。整體食後感,水準之上,可以再臨! continue reading
