再一次俾大家團結嘅畫面感動左,今日同好多人一樣過左海,為免人多,我地一早就出發,喺天后呢邊食左飯先。沿路都見到好多餐廳排隊,我地隨便入到來,打算食燒味。壹燒鵝位於永興街,鋪面唔算大,但當日客人頗多,地下滿座,店員安排我地到二樓,哦,原來樓上都仲有位。地方闊落,呢個位好搞笑,仲有幾隻鵝。而家好多燒味店都採用比較新式嘅裝潢,吸引多左年輕人。除左燒味,都有一般小菜、飯麵。一人燒味餐:點左姐姐推介嘅二人餐,又真係幾抵食嘅。二人餐158,包左燒鵝拼兩款自選燒味(叉燒、油雞、切雞、燒肉);一款60蚊以下小菜、灼菜/雲耳青瓜、白飯同冷熱飲品兩杯,基本上已經好夠食雲耳青瓜勁開胃,蒜香微辣,雲耳夠腍點左咖啡同檸茶,正常水準,咖啡唔錯。燒鵝拼玫瑰豉油雞、蜜汁叉燒賣相幾靚,燒鵝好香,我地鐘意偏瘦嘅,外皮薄脆,真係來多碟都唔夠喉叉燒份量不少,切成一口size,肥瘦3:7,入口軟腍,完全唔乾,帶少少蜜汁甜味,個人認為邊位如果脆啲更正!油雞唔錯,去皮肉滑小菜揀左滑蛋炒蝦球,份量足夠二人食,炒滑蛋名符其實夠滑,雖然略油左啲,不過唔油點會滑呢,哈。蝦球爽彈,唔係普通蝦仁仔,收貨 continue reading

星期日到天后探朋友,由中午開始至傍晚,由於她廚藝一般,沒打算留我在家用膳,就這樣我們兩人就到她經過幫襯的食店開餐。「壹.燒鵝」以燒鵝作招徠,門前玻璃掛著一隻又一隻,肉身肥美的燒鵝,當然,除了燒鵝外,其實也有其他少炒。餐牌上食品選擇多,小菜類+12升級為套餐,配白飯及熱飲。燒鵝飯+咸蛋今天真的非常好運,因為廚師給了我燒鵝脾呢~燒鵝脾大大隻,鵝皮亮澤,皮薄且脂肪層不厚,油膩感不感,入口皮脆肉嫩,與薄薄的鵝脂融為一體,非常好吃,而咸蛋是加錢另配,個人認為咸蛋與燒鵝是perfect match。黃金鮮魷球小菜的份量非常多,而味道亦很特別,平日吃到的黃金菜式,味道通常是鹹的,但這個剛好相反,味道帶甜,而鮮魷口感QQ,爽滑彈牙,鮮味十足。吃得飽飽,埋單不同$150元,我和好友都真心覺得超值抵食~ continue reading
