久聞鬼金棒的麻辣拉麵,一直恨試,週末終有機會一嚐,樂哉!日式拉麵居然有麻辣味,使人興奮!小人衝著此麵而來,當然挑戰大麻大辣!兼且更有大量芫荽滿足本芫荽控,多到完全掩蓋著下面的湯麵和食材,單看賣相已不禁垂涎三尺!呷一口麻辣湯,還釋放出味噌的味道,精神為之一振!拉麵屬中粗,煙靭而有嚼勁,加上芫荽的香氣,極之不凡!叉燒更加厲害,是三層肉,中間的脂位無窮地甘香,又腍又入味,入口即化!而跟拉麵上的原條叉燒更上一層樓,比起追加的長了一倍,即代表著雙倍的滋味!煎餃一客六隻,皮脆餡嫩已不用多言,而最美妙的是有山椒粉,頓時令香味激增!樣樣都滿分,超級滿意!

今日收工同朋友去銅鑼灣食咗一間日本過江龍拉麵 - 鬼金棒牛骨辣麻拉麵~~ 位置好就腳,喺銅鑼灣嘅熱門地帶謝斐道。坐低之後,我哋 Order 咗招牌牛骨拉麵(原味)+芫荽辣麻牛骨拉麵(無辣,小麻)+煎餃(六隻)+ 牛筋。因為我同朋友都好怕辣,唔食得太辣,於是就叫咗原味。首先講吓呢個招牌牛骨拉麵,佢嘅湯底好濃郁,就咁飲都已經覺得好正,叉燒又腍又入味唔錯唔錯,拉麵有輕微鹼水味,整體嚟講我覺得唔錯。而我個人最鍾意嘅,就係呢個芫荽牛骨拉麵,湯底都係好濃郁,而且成個碗面都放滿晒芫荽,完全係開正我嗰飯!我哋兩個食完啲拉麵之後都有飲晒啲湯,就咁飲已經好正~至於牛筋十分之爽口,彈牙,係我喜歡嘅嗰一種口感,不過要快啲食晒佢,因為凍咗佢就會黐埋一舊。煎餃🥟個底煎得唔錯,一啖一隻,講真我搵唔到有咩缺點。總結嚟講,我哋兩個人晚餐食咗$300,有兩個拉麵同埋兩款小食,以味道同埋食物質素嚟講我覺得性價比幾高幾抵食,我下次都一定會再嚟食返呢個芫荽拉麵。

<鬼金棒>喺香港都好多年😎 今日經過開銅鑼灣,見到個廚房火光紅紅咁😆 好似好正,即刻吸引咗我入去食😆餐廳同其他傳統拉麵店格局差唔多,但隔調比較暗, 冇他嘅,佢叫<鬼金棒>嘛🤣 🌟芫茜麻辣味噌拉麵滿滿既芫茜,鍾意食嘅一定覺得好正😍 個麵質係我最鍾意嗰種粗麵,夠曬掛汁,我覺得個湯真係好有層次同埋超級惹味,辣味好香😌 隻蛋處理得好,好入味,唔算勁流心但係溏心,蛋本身有夠香,好好食🤤🌟玉米筍麻辣味噌拉麵原來玉米筍配麻辣係咁正,唔知啲玉米筍係咪炒過, 真係好好食🤤 兩碗拉麵嘅配料其實差唔多, 舊叉燒又厚又淋,好有油香味,成個拉麵嘅配搭一流😍叫咗支日版烏龍茶解渴,食日本辣嘢飲烏龍茶真係一絕😊<鬼金棒>真係一間近期食過好滿意既拉麵,可能每一樣嘅配料都唔算超級矜貴,但係本身拉麵就係想食個湯底同埋麵質,呢兩樣嘢做得好好👍 上枱非常之熱,令人一啖接一啖食唔停口😌

唔知有幾多人同我一樣行嗰時候被吸引到係因為佢嘅日本風格鬼怪公仔🤪仔細睇先知原來係食拉麵😍拉麵辣度由唔辣去到鬼增辣5個level。「鬼增」級是最極級的地獄挑戰🥵仲有5 級麻度,即係有25個程度自由配搭。我想食清清地,叫左✨叉燒牛骨湯拉麵配上的洋蔥、香蔥、玉米筍、牛筋、叉燒等。叉燒大大舊而且好腍!拉麵就粗身彈牙, 每一條麵條都索晒啲湯汁!牛骨湯頭如牛奶般奶白絲滑,好正!我就好鍾意啲配料好獨特!✨ 味玉麻辣味噌拉麵呢碗拉麵結合了味噌湯底和麻辣,湯底又濃郁又辣。味玉蛋有少少流心,蛋黃融入了辣麻湯底口感好滑✨秘制醬汁慢煮牛筋必食!必食!必食!牛筋好腍,超好食!港式炆牛腩會有五香料,呢度牛筋就充滿着秘制醬汁味😚✨煎餃 煎餃那餃子皮很脆,入面勁多肉汁兩個人食到飽飽不用$300~性價比好高!
