約了朋友在佐敦食飯,朋友今晚想試下燒嘢食,結果試了這家 52°C Medium Rare餐廳整體感覺不錯,簡單的設計,非常舒服。餐廳分上下兩層,原來上層是網燒,樓下層則是石燒和食煱類,朋友揀了網燒,今晚只是試了比較普通的菜式,味道不錯,值得再試而我試咗「一人鍋」,份量啱啱好,胡椒豬骨湯底味幾好飲品他們有自家製的檸檬薏米水,檸檬味幾好,薏米唔需要太多侍應服務幾好,慢慢介紹餐牌,就算我哋唔係兩個食網燒,都可以一齊坐樓上

今晚跟朋友來了佐敦的52C Medium Rare 吃烤肉,果然很有驚喜😋食店位處兩層,樓下吃石燒,樓上吃網燒,主打吃牛豬,裝修簡潔,座位寛敞。我們叫了一個牛肩餐,另一個是北海道米豬肩餐,套餐包羅宋湯、沙律及白飯,甜品叫了榴槤及紅棗茶雪糕。~ 羅宋湯:很有傳統的味道,帶點微辣。~ 牛肩:肉質鮮嫩,非常厚切,入口鬆化,加點香草牛油來烤,份外香濃。~ 北海道米豬肩:是來自北海道的米豬,用大米配合特殊飼料專門飼養。肉色帶淺粉紅,呈現大理石花紋,肉質幼嫩,沒有太多脂肪,食得健康。~ 甜品:甜品是雪糕,不單有多款選擇,而且味道很特別,例如:薑、廿八味、火麻仁,我們點了榴槤及紅棗茶味。整體來說,食材高質上乘,店員招呼親切。結賬時,還請教了他52C 的由來,原來是用52度,便能烤出Medium Rare 的效果呢!

食店位處兩層,樓下吃石燒,樓上吃網燒,主打吃牛豬,裝修簡潔,座位寛敞。
我們叫了一個牛肩餐,另一個是北海道米豬肩餐,套餐包羅宋湯、沙律及白飯,甜品叫了榴槤及紅棗茶雪糕。

~ 羅宋湯:很有傳統的味道,帶點微辣。
~ 牛肩:肉質鮮嫩,非常厚切,入口鬆化,加點香草牛油來烤,份外香濃。
~ 北海道米豬肩:是來自北海道的米豬,用大米配合特殊飼料專門飼養。肉色帶淺粉紅,呈現大理石花紋,肉質幼嫩,沒有太多脂肪,食得健康。
甜品甜品是雪糕,不單有多款選擇,而且味道很特別,例如:薑、廿八味、火麻仁,我們點了榴槤及紅棗茶味。

整體來說,食材高質上乘,店員招呼親切。結賬時,還請教了他52C 的由來,原來是用52度,便能烤出Medium Rare 的效果呢!

香港好難得仍然有咁真材實料嘅餐廳,點都會支持。話說同朋友去佐敦附近睇戲,好想食一餐淨蛋白質冇澱粉質嘅晚飯,於是喺OpenRice搵咗一輪,見到呢間有石燒網燒幾得意,所以Book嚟試吓。一坐低,服務人員態度好好,雖然餐牌選擇唔多,但係鍾意食牛肉嘅我哋,好快就揀咗封門柳同埋牛柳,嚟到嘅時候有啲震撼,因為舊肉真係好大,對於比較鍾意食 rare 嘅我絕對夠生,加埋沙律同白飯,就算幾大食都一定夠。唯一俾佢哋嘅意見係,調味料可以有多啲選擇。
