牛魔王嘅我又周圍搵牛食,呢間位於佐敦嘅燒牛專門店,提供不同牛嘅部位選擇,仲可以揀石燒同網燒,如果食量不大,又想食牛可以享受石燒嘅樂趣。餐廳裝修以白色為主,分為上下二層,上層主食網燒,下層為石燒…感覺好乾淨舒服,雖然店舖不大,但店員好健談細心招呼,好有親切感,值得加分。今日我哋二個女仔order 2份石燒牛扒餐,分別係西冷及封門柳。✦下腰西冷套餐 180g 西冷肉質較為結實,食落又唔會覺得靭,而且牛味好濃郁,很有嚼勁感。配埋珍珠飯,好開胃!✦封門柳套餐 180g封門柳比西冷肉質更柔軟,放在石燒上再靜置1至2分鐘後切件,生熟程度剛剛好,肉嫩外焦最為美味。入口肉質鬆軟,不易變韌,而且牛肉味極為濃郁。食完燒牛,最佳配搭當然食雪糕🍦可解油膩感,呢度嘅雪糕口味好獨特😂好似去咗涼茶舖,廿八味、火麻仁、紅棗茶,真係第一次見!我當然揀個最特別口味廿八味,不過店員話而家轉左龜苓膏雪糕,味道甘甘甜甜,龜苓膏嘅味道雪糕嘅口感,推介值得一試👍🏻好創新嘅分子料理!而朋友揀左豆腐雪糕,香濃幼滑,甜度啱啱好。

自從三拍子分店關閉後,很久沒有食到性價比高的石燒牛肉,上網見到52c Medium Rare有不少好評,今晚決定一試。一入餐廳就覺得環境乾淨企理,又有洗手盆及自助斟水區,另外枱上又有圍裙保護衣物,十分細心周到。❤️牛肩套餐剛上枱的牛肩肉大概一成熟,切開後見到牛肩肉有光澤,肉的切面細緻緊密,富有彈性,證明牛肉新鮮。另外牛肩肉的間隙脂肪含量較多,肉質鮮嫩,牛肉味突出而香口,配合蒜蓉牛油就更一流。每份套餐都配有白飯、羅宋湯及沙律,味道亦不錯,而且份量十足。❤️封門柳套餐封門柳本身較稀有,位於牛的橫膈膜的肌肉,其肉質鬆軟,不易變韌,而且牛肉味極為濃郁。放在熾熱的石頭上燒至五成熟最為適合,即使七成熟,肉質仍然嫩滑爽口,牛味亦偏重。餐廳亦提供燒汁以及蒜蓉牛油,兩者都令牛肉更惹味,令味道層次豐富。而個人就喜歡加上少許岩鹽及黑椒,牛肉味已經非常突出。❤️廿八味雪糕味道特別易入口,比想像中好食得多,有少許似龜苓膏但有淡淡奶香, 加上上面的提子及藍莓,鮮果的甜與廿八味的苦澀互相配合,苦甜味的平衡做得不錯。

食完準備埋單之際,店員好友善咁走過嚟同我哋閒家常,傾傾下佢推介可以試埋薑味Gelato話出面食唔到呢隻味,咁就一於叫埋嚟試試佢啦!雖然薑味出面唔少甜品都會見到,但係佢哋呢款嘅薑味帶有一種薑金辛辣感,似煲紅糖薑茶前嗰款薑辛味,味道一啲都唔人工、非常天然,果然無介紹錯!

今日又嚟到佐敦我主場度搵新嘢食喇,今日去到廟街近尖沙咀方向見到一間比較文青啲簡約風嘅餐廳,見到佢餐牌有石燒同埋網燒,咁我見咁耐冇食過石燒牛肉就入去試試佢啦🤤門面唔算好大本身以為細細間點知原來有兩層😳 食物選擇方面唔算好多,主要都係套餐為主,有分石燒套餐同埋網燒套餐,石燒套餐主要都係牛肉🐂為主,網燒套餐就會有牛豬雞🐔咁,今次我哋就揀咗石燒套餐,就叫左一個牛肩嘅套餐同埋一個封門柳套餐,都係180G 套餐有個羅宋湯同埋有沙律同埋配白飯叫左180克其實都唔細塊,石燒有樣好就係自己鍾意熟啲又得生啲又得自己控制🫶,溫度唔會過熱保存到肉汁🤤封門柳肉質鬆軟不易變韌而且牛肉味極為濃郁、少脂肪和牛味濃😍切到小薄既一塊塊黎食😌無得輸牛肩嫩筋,脂肪少,肉結實。 想吃有嚼勁口感的牛排,如果鍾意口感多啲嘅話呢個應該會鐘意多D不過就覺得如果佢個白飯有埋個啲紫菜碎碎咁就更加加分🤩最後叫咗一個雪糕一個榴槤味同一個椰子味,味道好出而且好滑身,又唔會得過死甜👍下次試埋佢個網燒先😋52C Medium Rare地址 : 佐敦廟街269號華興大廈地下

叫左180克其實都唔細塊,石燒有樣好就係自己鍾意熟啲又得生啲又得自己控制🫶,溫度唔會過熱保存到肉汁🤤
封門柳肉質鬆軟不易變韌而且牛肉味極為濃郁、少脂肪和牛味濃😍切到小薄既一塊塊黎食😌無得輸
牛肩嫩筋,脂肪少,肉結實。 想吃有嚼勁口感的牛排,如果鍾意口感多啲嘅話呢個應該會鐘意多D
不過就覺得如果佢個白飯有埋個啲紫菜碎碎咁就更加加分🤩
最後叫咗一個雪糕一個榴槤味同一個椰子味,味道好出而且好滑身,又唔會得過死甜👍
下次試埋佢個網燒先😋

下腰西冷重有台型,更厚更圓,切片就更用刀鋒利,朋友喜歡起焦香口,同樣好味,火燒熱力,牛酒飛瀑,久唔久都有油香撲面,都好正㗎,

最後榴槤,荳腐雪糕,各有所好,香濃清淡兩相宜,口味各不同,又是一餐好享受。

很久沒有和膳食夫人吃飯,今天下午約午飯,話帶筆者食燒肉,又發現新店,但在佐敦一直都沒有注意到⋯⋯白色的門面,裝修清雅,奇怪怎麼每每經過都一直冇留意。由於筆者早到,自己一支公入內研究下,原來是自助形式,電子自動購買選餐⋯⋯反正有時間,當然留待膳食夫人安排⋯⋯看見醬汁都幾精緻乾淨。還有自動洗生,洗完手先開餐,還可自助斟水,給食客感覺,乾淨企理。一讚。幸好未購票,原來膳食夫人安排了二樓,原來地下是石燒格局,自助的,而二樓是網燒風格,像燒肉店,豐儉由人,各適其適。食店在餐枱上,設計有托盤位置,方便放托盤上,不會走位,這細緻位相當細心,一讚。燒烤套餐二人前$588~成個千秋架端上枱,還有食物名稱標籤,令食客記得邊部分,好吃可以再追加,一讚。餐可加錢飲支裝日本啤或熱情果冰茶,選擇有彈性,無論是否飲酒都可喝得暢快。當日筆者最愛牛肩位次愛五花腩最後還有水果杯,燒肉中減低油膩感。整體來說:食店裝修以白色為主調,所以給食客覺得很有日式風格,地下自助式,所以石燒價錢比較大衆化,而二樓是網燒,有服務員幫忙,當然價錢會貴少少,但夠靜局,可以慢慢燒,方便暢談。

整體來說:
食店裝修以白色為主調,所以給食客覺得很有日式風格,地下自助式,所以石燒價錢比較大衆化,而二樓是網燒,有服務員幫忙,當然價錢會貴少少,但夠靜局,可以慢慢燒,方便暢談。

佐敦很多特色食店,大部份都是小店經營,不是集團式,所以很喜歡到佐敦尋覓美食這間亦是小店經營,喜歡內裡裝修,像一間小清新Cafe, 但原來是日本石燒牛餐廳店內分兩層,上層主要做網燒牛,而地面層主要石燒牛為主,今次第一次試下石燒牛先餐牌很多選擇,除了石燒牛,網燒牛,亦有壽喜燒,豬骨湯鍋,總有一款啱你選擇摺得很精美的圍巾,不怕弄污糟衫,很窩心既服務牛肩套餐先上羅宋湯,很多材料,香濃好味牛肩扒熱辣辣石板上,石燒好處是牛既生熟程度由自己控制,自己喜歡既口味,牛肩肉汁很香濃,很嫩滑,食不停口封門柳套餐比牛肩扒更重牛肉味,肉汁鮮甜牛肩和封門柳兩者肉味香濃,各有獨特之處,不相伯仲經理Stanley 除了好細心講解每一款牛部位,還推介獨家雪糕甜品,有不同港式口味雪糕,我地試了薑和紅棗茶味雪糕,超級香濃薑味和紅棗味,意想不到的好味,值得推介必食甜品,下次一定會試其他口味雪糕,很期待!

經理Stanley 除了好細心講解每一款牛部位,還推介獨家雪糕甜品,有不同港式口味雪糕,我地試了薑和紅棗茶味雪糕,超級香濃薑味和紅棗味,意想不到的好味,值得推介必食甜品,下次一定會試其他口味雪糕,很期待!

超級中伏!唔明啲好評從何以來?話說星期日小朋友課外活動後經過門口,見到門面貼滿了雜誌的介紹及訪問,熱心的店員走出來招待,推介自己的日本和牛質素高,比以前在附近的一間石頭燒更好,由於小朋友好想吃和牛,在聽信店員的推介宣傳後決定與小朋友入內一試。我們點了兩個餐: 日本A5和牛石頭燒($288+10%); 豬肉火鍋壽喜燒($128+10%)A5和牛石頭燒,牛肉只有5片,油花多,但入囗口感嚡,感覺似食一般美國牛,普通質素完全唔值呢個價豬肉火鍋壽喜燒更加係完全不能入口!豬肉有黑邊,明顯是不新鮮的雪藏豬肉,火鍋只用蠟燭燒住一大鍋湯底,等了半小時,鍋湯還是未滾,生豬肉片放下之後,只可用湯水浸熟,結果等咗半小時要叫人攞返入廚房,連埋生豬肉片整鍋煮熟。等咗10分鐘,在廚房煮熟再攞返出嚟!豬肉入口味道古怪,似是發臭了的豬肉味!結果要吐出來,整鍋豬肉沒有食過!跟餐的烏冬麵條半透明半白色,明顯是雪藏過程不當,也是不能入口!結果整鍋豬肉火鍋,只吃了兩片冬菇,豆腐及娃娃菜,其餘全部不敢吃!埋單兩人$457.6,去食對面大家樂好過!
