放左工,去佐敦找朋友,他帶我到附近一間新開食店食日本石頭燒,這裡的裝修雖然簡單,但非常整潔,而且採用自助式購買機方式,直接付款後入座,非常方便。這裡以石燒套餐為主,每款牛扒是牛的不同位置,有牛板健,下腰西冷,牛肩等等。。。任由自己喜好選擇。每個套餐都會有餐湯,沙律,白飯及主食,並且贈送飲品,非常抵食。由於這店的牛是用400日美國殼飼牛,所以肉質很好,上枱時微微燒過表面,然後放在熱辣辣的石塊上再慢慢燒。牛肩肉,肉質鮮嫩,有少少筋部位置,非常好味。上腰西冷,肉質也很鮮嫩,肉汁比較多,很香的牛肉味。自家制的檸檬意米及竹蔗茅根,味道適中,不太甜,好好飲。

今日舖頭Fire warden training, 考試仲合格添。Haha…. 然後收工同牙Yu食晚餐。我地去左佐敦52C Medium Rare食網燒。樓梯佈置聖誕裝飾,幾有氣氛。幾得意既係自動開關既黑椒鹽,只要稍為傾斜,樽口就識得自動打開。豬梅肉+雞肉+五花腩 $88 ( total 150g)配餐湯,前菜,白飯,巨峰玉露豬梅肉切到薄片,燒兩下就熟,加上有柚子醋,微酸既醬汁配上豚肉類,瞬間多左層次。五花腩有一層肥膏,燒完後肥膏變得唔肥膩,反而多左油香感。雞肉燒完又燒,都好嫩口,唔乾唔老。下腰西冷+封門柳 $138 一樣有配餐湯,前菜,白飯,檸檬薏米肉質橫紋肥瘦均勻,燒完肉香唔韌唔老。稍稍加黑椒鹽,已經引到牛香肉嫩。前菜沙律新鮮,檸檬薏米唔太甜,仲係自家制,有肉有菜,又有健康飲品,感覺營養充分。
