可惜雙層肉、吊龍伴、牛坑爪售罄,聽聞騸牯牛牛味濃脂肪分布均勻,是吃牛肉火鍋之選。

就係每次夾一塊胸口膀,再加一塊其他部位嘅牛肉(建議一啲多油花嘅牛)一齊烚,之後再一齊食,勁好食😋!!!胸口膀爽脆油脂嘅口感,再加上軟腍嘅牛肉,無得輸!!


而舖頭提供嘅醬料🧂,除咗有普通嘅豉油,仲有特製嘅牛油醬油,味道偏甜,但激重牛脂味,非常適合用嚟點牛肉🤩!!呢間連鎖牛肉火鍋,應承我,大家一定一定要去試😤!!

湯底揀咗牛骨清湯,足料有蘿蔔芹菜同牛骨,唔太鹹亦唔太淡

超級耐無食過, 睇完戲突然心血來潮想食一於就衝!又因為好耐無食過中式辣,癮起所以點左青花椒辣湯~ 如果鍾意食辣呢個係唔錯,辣係越食越有幾爽嘅, 係唔明點解叫一個湯會上左個鴛鴦鍋出嚟... LOL 616 嘅牛嘅玩法其實係幾好,佢細碟又多唔同部位揀,同埋佢都唔算好貴,今次就覺得 匙柄 最好食,相對地吊龍伴同封門柳 肉味就一般上次嚟係幾年前, 當時佢地賣緊嘅香港手工啤唔係太新鮮,今次呢就明顯好好多,飲下飲下就飲左好幾杯,特別係「一代宗師」有驚喜~ 同牛邊爐好夾。

日本直送信州和牛之《616麥子》餐廳乾淨企理,裝修新淨簡潔,坐位舒服,員工安排我地座左近窗口位,服務幾好同有禮貌,主動幫我地加單,醬料都好多選擇,有自助冷熱水區,落單用平板,唔用紙張,十分環保,食物質素非常好,因為分左牛既部位,每張落單紙會寫明係咩部位,個人好中意食和牛肩胛骨,肉質十分嫩滑,牛駝峰都好好食,師傅刀功好好,每片厚薄都一樣,牛舌厚薄剛好,爽口彈牙,基本上牛每個部位,肉質口感,味道都不同,如果中意食牛大家可以不妨一試,因為《616麥子》真係有好多不同牛既部位可以食到,重點係有日本直送信州和牛,呢個價錢絕對抵食,另外湯底叫左牛骨湯,都有幾舊牛骨、牛肉同牛筋,湯底處理得好無咩血水,食完成餐飯都湯底都無咩油脂,飲左幾啖都好濃郁牛肉味。
