真不知親民價的日本信州和牛什麼時候下架,所以一個月內第二度光顧了,真希望《616牛肉火鍋專門店》能一直安排長野縣直送到港。😂😂信州和牛「肩胛」、「腹肉」和「赤身」的滋味,不再重複了,反正和牛二字已是最好保證‼️今次嚐了很多不同牛的部位,包括:正花趾、牛上肋、橫融肌、牛頸瘠、胸口膀、加拿大艾伯塔嫩池板、牛舌、蘇格蘭雪花胸肋等等,實在太多,難以逐項介紹,就挑令我想encore的簡介吧。澳洲正花趾,信州和牛套餐送的,想不到送的也有好東西,牛肉味頗明顯。吃完和牛再吃澳洲的,對它很不公平,口感立即覺得較為硬身。牛頸瘠,一個字:嫩。而且有種特別香味,同行友人說吃不慣,我反而覺得愈吃愈香。餐廳教路,胸口膀+匙柄 兩款肉一起吃,一脆一軟夾住食更滋味。加拿大嫩池板,口感彈牙,不是硬,而且有後勁,牛香隨著咀嚼變得愈來愈明顯。最後提提湯底,鴛鴦牛骨青花椒,我不太能吃辣,一吃就整身汗停不了,很難受😣,但這青花椒湯真的香,令我忍不住不時會把肉放在那邊燙,最多多用幾包紙巾抹汗、抹鼻涕。

牛頸瘠,一個字:嫩。而且有種特別香味,同行友人說吃不慣,我反而覺得愈吃愈香。

加拿大嫩池板,口感彈牙,不是硬,而且有後勁,牛香隨著咀嚼變得愈來愈明顯。


最後提提湯底,鴛鴦牛骨青花椒,我不太能吃辣,一吃就整身汗停不了,很難受😣,但這青花椒湯真的香,令我忍不住不時會把肉放在那邊燙,最多多用幾包紙巾抹汗、抹鼻涕。

今日同朋友一行四人嚟到西環嘅呢間616牛肉火鍋專門店度食晚餐 嚟到已經九點餐廳十分多人三個人坐張四人枱都算闊落叫咗個招牌嘅鴛鴦沙牛湯底,沙嗲湯底非常濃郁入面仲有粒粒嘅花生碎另外牛骨湯底 入面有唔少問得園林嘅牛腩同埋蘿蔔信州和牛腹肉 油花分布好靚,肉質紅潤夠晒新鮮,雖然係牛腹肉都唔太肥,做到入口即溶嘅感覺招牌滑尾龍 上面加咗隻生雞蛋 將佢攪勻再放落煲入面 淥大約8秒就食得 加咗蛋花落去口感更加細嫩 而且牛肉味十足蛋餃 外皮有蛋香 彈牙墨魚滑非常爽口,仲有粒粒墨魚肉,喺入面夠晒足料 花雕醉雞捲 有濃濃嘅酒味 雞肉嫩滑 索晒湯汁嘅味道

時下流行和牛任食,可是任食的通常並非全是日本和牛。現用極親民的價錢享用由日本長野縣直接運到香港的信州和牛,又不用因任食而勉強食多些,我反而覺得更好。今日在616選了以下套餐和其他配料,一份特選和牛盛套餐有三種真正和牛,包括信州和牛肩胛、信州和牛赤身和信州和牛腹肉,另加送一份澳州五花趾,兩個人分享,剛剛好。特選和牛盛($234)鴛鴦沙嗲牛骨湯底($82)油麥菜、娃娃菜(各$28)麻辣牛肉餃($48)炸魚皮($28)鮮製手打烏冬($18)烏梅汁、菊花桂圓露(各$16)醬料(每人$10)不用加一日本和牛那種入口即溶的嫩滑口感,的確是無可取代。牛骨湯底用的是牛肋條,啖啖肉又夠腍,絕不是湯渣。麻辣牛肉餃比較鹹,有待改善。鮮製手打烏冬是本地製麵廠新鮮製作,非常有驚喜。幼身麵條嫩滑有嚼勁,比日韓急凍烏冬更好食。不知可否買點回家?兩瓶飲品也清新好飲。

又返嚟616碌一碌啦,616 提供刁鑽牛肉部位,可以一次過食盡各種刁鑽牛部位,例如牛頸脊、五花趾、匙柄、牛肩心等等,一餐飯將成隻牛食落肚!爽今次要咗鴛鴦麻辣牛骨湯,麻辣好香(不過好在都係面頭嗰浸,食落加左湯之後係溫和左既);怕辣既都可以要牛骨清湯,入面已經有蘿蔔同牛腩,因為好味既緣故我哋仲追加多份牛腩加入湯入面一齊打~正!而醬料係必加新鮮柑桔,夠香又提鮮~每次都好欣賞係佢張墊枱紙已經有標明唔同既部位煮幾耐係最好,唔使估估吓咁樣~仲有我最愛既滑尾龍,即係牛後腿肉,肉味濃郁,加入生蛋撈勻令纖維鬆化,入口就做到滑溜得嚟又富肉香既效果呢間分店座位比較闊落,坐得好舒服,而且仲有 lion rocks on tap,雙倍開心呢排仲有味噌牛腸鍋!下次一定要試吓!
