今晚同朋行過這邊比我們發現間唔錯嘅西餐廳,店舖門面好有工業感,入面光猛,雖然地方都唔數大,但枱椅都座得舒適,而A LA CARTE Menu上有不同口味選擇,店員推介了特色食物,小食就係孜然風味原隻單骨雞翼,師傅將雞翼變成單骨後,入口一啜雞肉同骨就分開了,香脆雞翼上撒了孜然風味,入口十分惹味!而主食就係麻香海鮮扁意粉,店員推介嘅選擇,上枱見到大大碟分量十足,有彈牙爽口大蝦,還有不同海鮮配料夾雜在彈牙扁意粉內外,還有脆身松子仁,不得不讚嘅麻香汁,入口帶麻香但不會覺得辣,而且個汁沾滿了每一條扁意粉,非常入味!食完又會帶點微微回辣嘅感覺,平時食唔到麻辣嘅朋友,這款麻香海鮮扁意粉真心推介!飲品就係這杯鮮奶桂花,入口香濃幼滑,啖啖都有清新嘅桂花味道,一樣擺放精緻,上下兩層分開,可在這裡享受到慢活生活!在這裡可感受到小店中店員同師傅對食物嘅熟悉度及服務態度殷勤嘅誠意!

今日約咗朋友去佐敦道食飯,未決定去哪一間,行行下見到有一間,門面得很特別,於是入去試吓🧐餐廳很有氣氛,暗暗地,牆上燈飾很有風格,食飯和傾偈不錯的選擇🥂🥰餐牌選擇不算很多,但每一樣都很特別,中西合璧,店員很有禮貌介紹餐牌每一樣飲品和主菜,諗咗好耐,終於揀咗:😊一杯Cocktail,81 Signature,店員送來的時候,揸住一支波波槍,打出一個有煙的氣球,爆開充滿原來蘋果木味,散落杯雞尾酒上,酒底本身有少少vodka ,撞埋一起,真係諗唔到原來可以咁夾🍹😘麻香海鮮扁意粉,擺盤已經好靚,上邊有一個紫色的小花,睇落好精緻,食落口,條脷少少麻,之後問店員,原來加了花椒,第一次食意大利粉加了中式香料,咁都諗到,廚師真有創意,意粉好彈牙,蝦又新鮮,加埋其他配料,真係好食到不得了!

呢間餐廳係行簡約新潮風,菜式係西式fusion菜為主,無論上午,下午定晚上來都有o岩嘅野食到。呢度最突出嘅裝飾就係牆上嘅呢隻潮牌Kaws公仔。我地五點半來到,未到食飯時間所以仲未有咩人,到7點左右已經滿座,所以來晚飯時間最好book定位。孜然風味單骨雞翼本身同朋友都驚單骨雞翼會唔會太少冇乜肉食,但上菜發現佢竟然係原隻雞翼,好足料,起咗骨亦可見佢係好花功夫同心機,雞翼食落去勁香口,同出面孜然雞翼唔同,而且醃到好入味,保留左肉汁,唔會太乾,外皮咬落去脆口。一份有六隻,性價比極高!慢煮牛肋條配香煎上海年糕中西fusion嘅結合,平時d牛肋條係好多肥膏同食落好韌,而呢個不單肥瘦適中,經長時間慢煮下,牛肉軟滑,易切易咬,個黑椒醬汁香濃而帶陣陣微辣味。上海年糕微微香煎過,外脆內軟,口感頗有韌勁,充分吸收左黑椒醬汁嘅味道,幾有新意嘅組合!

本身同朋友都驚單骨雞翼會唔會太少冇乜肉食,但上菜發現佢竟然係原隻雞翼,好足料,起咗骨亦可見佢係好花功夫同心機,雞翼食落去勁香口,同出面孜然雞翼唔同,而且醃到好入味,保留左肉汁,唔會太乾,外皮咬落去脆口。一份有六隻,性價比極高!

中西fusion嘅結合,平時d牛肋條係好多肥膏同食落好韌,而呢個不單肥瘦適中,經長時間慢煮下,牛肉軟滑,易切易咬,個黑椒醬汁香濃而帶陣陣微辣味。上海年糕微微香煎過,外脆內軟,口感頗有韌勁,充分吸收左黑椒醬汁嘅味道,幾有新意嘅組合!
