在兩間龍字尾的咖喱餐廳再行前少少, 有一家外表看起來低調, 內裏以為是普通酒吧, 但原來主打港式和西式Fusion風格菜式的餐廳, 這已經有點驚奇. 更重要是水準相當不錯, 做法有心思, 但午餐定價在一百元內, 如此不錯的餐廳, 人流還不算多, 實在可惜, 應該要在這裏表揚一下, 略盡我的綿力.午市套餐有餐湯及麵包, 餐湯雖說是基本的粟米湯, 但除了粟米粒豐富外, 也吃得出不是罐頭湯直接煮熟而成, 而是真的以粟米熬煮而成. 意粉看起來是簡單的意式青醬, 但吃起來先有麻香, 再有微微的辣勁從喉嚨底滲出來, 層次不錯. 意粉煮得夠彈牙, 海鮮份量慷慨, 沒有雪藏味而蜆類也沒有沙粒, 前期準備工夫做得十足. 81 House looks like a pub but she prepares some fusion cuisine that is expectedly well in quality. The pasta with green sauce is spicy and the seafood is prepared well. The green bean noodles with XO sauce tastes like Korean style one. The dessert is deep fried Chinese breadstick with mango ice cream with the complicated texture. All are not that difficult but can feel the heart from the chef. Highly recommended!
