終於返到黎香港探家人,緊係同屋企人周圍食啦返黎兩三星期,食得最多係打邊爐同米線,今日黎到我以前成日蒲嘅佐敦揀左間西餐廳入去拆返餐。一入到去,裝修係Bar & Restaurant 感覺,播嘅係流行的廣東歌,成個環境有一種香港味濃嘅西餐廳的格調。老闆亦都好好同每枱客人都有互動,介紹佢哋嘅菜式,最後我哋聽從左建議😁揀左好有特色的cocktail同咖啡。屋企人揀左81 Signature, 我偷飲咗幾啖。杯cocktail飲落好清新,飲到陣陣的菠蘿味加埋Vodka。我就揀咗我最愛嘅桂花,呢個係用酒釀桂花整成嘅Latte,聽佢哋介紹,啲酒釀係自製,真係一食就食得出,無出面買嘅嗰種死甜,同咖啡嘅味道好夾好清香。前菜我哋叫咗帶子刺身,非常有驚喜。帶子刺身本身煎香咗外邊,裡面刺身肉非常鮮甜,上面有蟹膏,配上紅菜頭汁同牛油果黑松露芥末汁,明明樣樣嘢都好係濃味但夾埋一齊沒有搶味,仲好有層次地凸顯刺身嘅鮮味。再來係麻香海鮮pesto扁意粉。我對意粉要求真係特別高,但佢個扁意粉做到軟硬適中,非常掛汁,個pesto同麻香又係拿挰得剛好。再來,最特別係呢個牛肋條配上海年糕,睇落好似好奇怪,但又一心機驚喜之作。牛

再來,最特別係呢個牛肋條配上海年糕,睇落好似好奇怪,但又一心機驚喜之作。牛肋條整得剛好,肉質淋而不散,連啲筋都食到個質感,牛肉味好濃,同個汁好配。然後試下年糕點一點啲醬汁,真係估唔到配合得咁好,年糕煎得剛好,保留左年糕應有嘅質感,配上醬汁真係出奇地夾
可惜太飽,如果唔係真係好想試埋個油炸鬼雪糕。 人哋話Churro係西班牙油炸鬼,唔知中式嘅油炸鬼拎黎整甜品又係點架呢?

第二道菜是麻香海鮮意粉,一般於坊間cafe一般採用的fusion做法(多是麻辣炒意粉),此店的麻辣是配以青醬烹調。麻香突出但不會太濃烈,配以青醬,有一種淡淡然的香味,它的質感也使醬料很能掛上意粉上。再加上松子仁,吃到的不是嗆口的麻辣,而是暗香的。

第三道菜是慢煮牛肋條配香煎上海年糕,這是我整頓飯裡最驚喜也最為激賞的一道菜。
牛肋條的質感剛好,完全沒有因為慢炆而煮得太淋。還有那脂肪位置的油香味和牛肋條強烈的牛味,令人愛不釋手。而最最最令我驚喜的是,年糕與汁料的配搭,年糕切成了四方的長條狀,而非一般的片狀,而只有其中一邊是煎脆了的,令年糕一入口就會有外脆內軟的感覺,而本來沒什麼味道年糕,蘸上了濃味的汁,味道馬上提升了幾個層次。這道菜的設計,從年糕的形狀﹑到牛肋條的質感,都充分食到廚師的心思!



最後不得不說的是,此店的服務非常好。一坐下店員就非常熱情﹑用心講解各道菜的特色,而且每食完一道菜,店員就會主動詢問我的feedback,令我感受到餐廳滿滿的誠意。

一入到去,餐廳雖然唔係話好大,但環境係幾好幾舒服👍🏽尤其係侍應哥哥勁nice,係出乎意料地好好服務,見我哋望咗餐牌一輪,佢主動嚟介紹比較受歡迎嘅係邊幾款。其實有時我諗唔到叫咩,都會叫侍應介紹,但通常都介紹得有啲hea🥹但呢位哥哥會仔細講用咩材料、咩烹調方法,甚至連同一般坊間嘅做法有咩唔同都講得出。我忍唔住講句,你都了解得好清楚喎😲原來,佢都係廚嚟㗎,會一齊研究同設計menu😂難怪難怪

今天逛佐敦發現了這家小店,佈置有格調,環境舒服。朋友想喝酒,店員就推薦了81signature,一開始酒面有個大泡泡,泡泡穿了會有些煙,聞起來像是蘋果木香,幾易入口。我們還叫了麻辣意粉,配搭挺特別,海鮮、香草醬、再加麻辣,味道香濃。其實不算太辣,但有濃濃的麻香。紐西蘭牛排,我們叫了5-7成熟🤣🤣牛排配上黑松露醬,味道挺特別,肉身嫩滑,切下去就知道。最後叫了黑松露薯條,這個是意外驚喜,暫時是我吃過最好吃的黑松露薯條,新鮮炸起,外脆,但不油膩。

今次係第2次帶朋友黎食,無諗過係佐敦會可以搵到間價間比咁高的餐廳,地方有d 隱蔽,但估唔到坐低食落d 野味道好好,我朋友話佢似fusion 菜。好多道菜賣相同味道都好ok, 我最欣賞個牛肋骨,好入味甜品都好好味😋

今天和友人來這家小店吃晚飯,因為門外搭棚維修,所以有點難找。餐廳內環境舒適,店員親切有禮,知道我怕冷,安排了一桌冷氣沒有那麼猛的座位。我們點了孜然雞翼,$6X有六隻,我覺得份量合理,吃下去濃濃的孜然味,是我喜歡的味道。原隻雞中翼上,但去掉單骨,可見廚師的用心。麻辣海鮮扁意粉也挺特別,麻辣味加香草🌿味,味道幾夾,價錢合理。友人點了一杯81Signature,裡面有vodka,金巴里汁,聞起來還有淡淡蘋果木香味,感覺好Chill。
