To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蒜芯苗我咁大個女食過一次咁大把,記憶中覺得無乜特別又多渣。但食完呢到既蒜芯苗我完全改觀!食落又鮮甜又爽口😋因為餐廳用左好多心機遂條遂條將蒜芯苗批皮,處理手法極繁複!好多餐廳都唔願做呢道菜。可以係呢到食到真係好難得👍🏻
再加入欖菜同櫻花蝦炒,欖菜通常都幾咸下,但呢到既欖菜係唔咸架,完全唔會搶走其他材料既味道 。而櫻花蝦亦都落左海量,極香。真係未試過食曬啲菜仲有凈勁多櫻花蝦係到,真係好抌本!

底層係滑捊捊既椰子奶凍,上面係香甜芒果、雪糕 同雪燕。成個椰子味香到不得了,食落甜度岩岩好。真係滿分無得彈👍🏻
食完仲可以刮埋椰子肉食。當日有張師傅親自教路,我地學識左點樣輕易咁起到成個椰子肉,食完呢餐野真係學到唔少野😎

今天是這餐廳開張後第二次光顧,上次晚飯有驚喜,食過即燒乳豬,過河象拔蚌,熟成填鴨,留下深刻印象,見佢魚缸仲有大筍殼,臨走時又霎眼見佢好似有日本池魚及喜之次,當晚已即時訂了團年飯座位,準備與家人來品嘗美食。今日踫巧老婆陪外母來逛商場,順便便試試這裡的點心,朋友果然冇介紹錯,這裡的點心不但美味,而且賣相精緻,比起同等級數格調的食肆,一點也不失禮。我們比較大食又貪心,想試多幾樣,3位埋單約$1200。不過 openrice 話人均消費$100-$200,搞到差點要去洗碗。但在這裡叫了2杯飲品比較失望,紅豆冰紅豆比例太少,龍眼冰居然冇龍眼,非常是旦,與食物質素有好大落差,值得改善。下次再試下午茶,聽聞2位約共$400,值得一試!

今天是這餐廳開張後第二次光顧,上次晚飯有驚喜,食過即燒乳豬,過河象拔蚌,熟成填鴨,留下深刻印象,見佢魚缸仲有大筍殼,臨走時又霎眼見佢好似有日本池魚及喜之次,當晚已即時訂了團年飯座位,準備與家人來品嘗美食。

今日踫巧老婆陪外母來逛商場,順便便試試這裡的點心,朋友果然冇介紹錯,這裡的點心不但美味,而且賣相精緻,比起同等級數格調的食肆,一點也不失禮。我們比較大食又貪心,想試多幾樣,3位埋單約$1200。不過 openrice 話人均消費$100-$200,搞到差點要去洗碗。

但在這裡叫了2杯飲品比較失望,紅豆冰紅豆比例太少,龍眼冰居然冇龍眼,非常是旦,與食物質素有好大落差,值得改善。

下次再試下午茶,聽聞2位約共$400,值得一試!

跟同事們享用一個豐富的farewell 午餐。點心很特别,豆苗很嫰,芝士焗龍蝦伊麵超好食。伊麵做到剛好,龍蝦很新鲜,芝士焗至金黃,非常美味!新開店環境開揚,有海境,服務也到位,希望保持水準!
