Restaurant: A Nice Gift (Hilton Plaza)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 口痕痕 又口干干！見佢新開就試下佢啦！！見到有餐叫又成4點幾就叫左個餐試下 價錢就ok慨 唔叫平 42蚊！！ 杯野就叫左少冰少甜 入口 冇咩茶味 奶味重 同幾甜 珍珠比正常大小 細少少 軟硬都適中 有得咬下又唔會太硬 之後睇反杯身張單 冇打到少冰少甜 唔知到有冇少到！ 鹽酥雞即叫即炸 要我5~10分鐘 ok慨 炸到外層有少少脆慨 入面仲有汁慨 可惜 敗筆之處係 佢d粉落得好唔平均 得部分慨面有(低係冇粉慨)！可能新店啦 仲有幾多地方可以改善！！p.s服務係幾好慨 會問你要唔要幫你插埋飲管！！

The English name for this shop is so I thought it was a gift shop when I saw it on the shopping directory.It turned out to be a tea shop so decided to check it out.The teas are reasonably priced from $17-28.Tried the oolong with cheese milk foam.Despite asking for it without ice, it was still blended with ice.Anyway, you could taste the oolong but it was quite artificial.
