人到中年,對中國茶中國點心興趣濃厚左,間中就會想起要去歎下🤣。今日就揀了Hotel Icon 28樓「天外天」。這酒樓環境滿分,坐在窗邊俯瞰著維港海景,心情十分舒𣈱,我們點了傳統點心蝦餃、燒賣、灌湯餃、义燒腸、蛋撻、芋角。家人對桌上小食琥珀合桃非常欣賞,話甘香脆口,吃過不停😋。點心賣相正常,價錢中上,蝦餃大小適中,蝦餃皮不會過厚亦不會穿底👍🏻,食到荀尖和鮮蝦味道,燒賣蝦同豬肉比例剛好,爽口,腸粉皮晶瑩通透,叉燒餡味道濃淡適中,灌湯餃不是古法製的湯藏在餃內,但材料豐富及湯味濃郁,飲湯後不會覺口渴,值得一試👍🏻。服務員態度殷勤有禮,加上無敵海景,沒有限時,家人非常滿意!下次必定再光顧👣。

點心賣相正常,價錢中上,蝦餃大小適中,蝦餃皮不會過厚亦不會穿底👍🏻,食到荀尖和鮮蝦味道,燒賣蝦同豬肉比例剛好,爽口,腸粉皮晶瑩通透,叉燒餡味道濃淡適中,灌湯餃不是古法製的湯藏在餃內,但材料豐富及湯味濃郁,飲湯後不會覺口渴,值得一試👍🏻。
服務員態度殷勤有禮,加上無敵海景,沒有限時,家人非常滿意!下次必定再光顧👣。

下午茶比較少去酒店食中菜,尤其是中式點心,今日咁啱係歷史博物館附近行街,就決定去呢度試下high tea。天外天位於Hotel Icon 28樓,因為係平日,人唔算太多,所以安排到窗口位置,居高臨下,可以望住個維港靚景享受美食。內裏裝修有別於一般中式酒樓,帶有一些西式餐廳的感覺,整體感覺幾舒服。叫左幾籠點心,腸粉,阿拉斯加長腳蟹餃和金箔松露龍蝦餃。腸粉十分細緻嫩滑,餡料豐富,美味十足。特色餃十分出色😍,皮薄餡足,最重要又唔會太大隻,十分適合淺嘗,同時間可以試多幾款😆,兩個餃的長腳蟹及蝦都好爽、好彈牙,咬落去有爽脆的聲音,亦好香蟹味和蝦味,賣相、口感、味道都很驚艷!
