要同摯友撐檯腳,唔一定要過海嘅,對於新界嘅朋友元朗都有一間極隱世幾難搵嘅location,但高汁兼抵食嘅西餐廳我地一坐低,冇幾耐就已經有份welcome food,係南瓜蓉脆米餅,一啖咁擺入口,極度脆口,南瓜蓉又香又綿冇渣,南瓜籽碎更添口感Dinner set會有一碗SOUP OF THE DAY,是日餐湯係蘑菇湯,blend得好香滑,菇味非常濃郁,溫度剛剛好,唔會因為太熱影響味感跟住就可以揀頭盤,秘魯牛心串燒係一味好特別嘅菜式,牛心無論質感同味道,同出面食嘅好唔同,調味好有南美風味,點啲芥末更提味烤蘇格蘭蟶子皇都係好正嘅選擇,蟶子肉質好鮮彈,咁有彈性睇嚟都好新鮮,唧啲檸檬汁上去,更能吊出鮮感然後就到主菜喇,龍蝦汁大蝦意大利麵唔似出面咁整到好橙啲汁已經索晒喺意粉度,龍蝦味啖啖都勁,大蝦真係勁大條,由頭到尾滿滿蝦肉,蝦膏仲好鮮香跟餐可以加錢升級阿根廷牛肉眼,10安士真係好大塊,而且激厚用刀拮落去,已經覺得肉質一級棒切完點鹽同特製阿根廷香草醬汁,同埋蒜粒一齊食,多重味蕾享受,喺把口裡面好似煙花爆發,太不得了喇另外仲有粟米條都好香口,同牛扒都好夾 continue reading

平時去元朗都係食貼地嘢,絕對無諗過今日嚟到Ada’s Not Here會搵到意外嘅驚喜!Ada’s Not Here除咗食材同味道之外,每碟菜嘅擺盤都非常精美,睇得出店主嘅細心出品。加上餐廳嘅設計非常有質感,整體嘅用餐體驗實屬一流。酸辣茄子織上枱一刻真係呆咗,茄子被編織成千鳥格,絕對係考功夫之餘,仲令我對之後嘅菜式更為期待。茄子肉質軟綿,索晒酸酸辣辣嘅味道,非常開胃。烤蘇格蘭蟶子皇頭盤揀咗嚟自蘇格蘭嘅蟶子皇!蟶子大大隻,生熟程度啱啱好,肉質爽口鮮甜,加上烤過嘅香味,充滿層次。香煎蟹餅Ada’s Not Here嘅蟹餅用料十足,炸漿唔會過厚,一切開蟹餅就見到裏面絲絲嘅蟹肉,配上自家製嘅醬料,令蟹肉嘅鮮味更加突出。黃金蟹肉意大利麵 蟹黃味甘香甜美,主廚特意選擇較粗嘅意粉,就好似為意大利麵披上黃金色外衣一樣,等大家每一啖都充滿着幸福嘅蟹黃味。形狀極似三文魚籽嘅黑醋粒,以微酸嘅味道用嚟中和蛋黃嘅油膩同邪惡感,滋味同時令味道加添另一種層次。阿根廷草飼牛肉眼10安士草飼牛嘅特點係肉味濃厚,加上選用咗肉眼呢個部位,肉味更突出。五成熟嘅火侯除左保留到粉紅嫩心之外,仲可以令到牛肉保持嚼勁同肉汁,回味無窮。 continue reading

今日收工來同朋友仔撐枱腳啦~經過見到呢間店好多人 就來試下😋 坐低就有Welocome food! 正啊脆米南瓜好食😋!咁啱宜家係食南瓜嘅季節~超鍾意呢個Welcome food!西班牙刺青瓜沙律第一次食烤柿子!超正!烤過嘅柿子味道好特別~同青瓜🥒真係可以做好朋友!白酒煮蜆🍸好鮮甜~雖然份量唔算太多 但係每一隻都好肥~作為前菜好開胃!奶油蘑菇湯🥣我真係好鍾意蘑菇湯啊!超順滑好飲!帶子海鮮墨魚汁焗飯🦑睇落顏色有些小黑暗料理嘅感覺 但其實超級好食😋 帶子又大又鮮甜 墨魚汁焗飯裏面仲有其他海鮮!蒜香牛扒🥩烤過嘅蒜頭真係超好食啊!牛扒又好軟 好嫩~真係食得超滿足! continue reading

今日我哋嚟到 Ada’s not here 朗屏必食西餐小店,真係唔可以錯過!呢間小店環境好舒服,入面淨係得四張枱,所以記得要提前預訂位。老闆人好好,會同每位客人傾計,好似朋友咁,實在好Nice!一入到去,老闆就送咗個 welcome food,真係好貼心。接住我哋就點咗幾樣招牌菜。烤蘇格蘭蟶子皇首先試咗烤蘇格蘭蟶子皇,蟶子肉質鮮嫩,搭配香草同蒜蓉,味道好濃郁。每一口都充滿海味,真係令人食指大動!墨汁帶子意大利飯之後係墨汁帶子意大利飯,煮得好恰到好處,米粒滑溜,墨汁味道不會過於強烈,反而襯托出帶子的鮮味。帶子煮得啱啱好,口感滑嫩,實在係一絕!烤伊比利亞100%橡果豬肉眼最後來到重頭戲:烤伊比利亞100%橡果豬肉眼。肉質嫩滑,油花分佈均勻,每一口都帶有濃郁的豬肉香味,簡直好到無法形容!老闆建議用少少鹽提味,果然一試就知,味道更上一層樓。呢間小店無論係環境定係食物都好有質素,真係值得一試!如果你喺朗屏附近,記得來探下,唔會失望! continue reading

啱啱睇完黑白大廚,心癢癢就嚟到元朗呢間食飯,果然冇失望!每一樣食材都新鮮到爆,口感真係豐富到不得了,完全值得100分!西班牙蒜油蝦配自家製麵包蝦肉鮮嫩,浸埋蒜油之後,味道十分濃郁,咬落去有種彈牙感,真係好滿足!而自家製麵包外脆內軟,完美吸收咗蒜油嘅香氣,食完一口就想再嚟第二口!烤蘇格蘭蟶子真係超新鮮,肉質飽滿,口感滑嫩,每一口都好似海洋嘅味道直擊味蕾。烤得啱啱好,火候控制得非常好,簡直係蟶子愛好者嘅夢想!黃金蟹肉意大利粉蟹肉新鮮得令人驚喜,搭配上意大利粉,口感滑順,醬汁濃郁,完全冇話蟹肉會失去鮮味,反而令整道菜更添層次感,食完心情都好好🥰秘魯香料烤雞配上焗到軟腍腍嘅蒜頭,雞肉味道濃厚,香料嘅香味令人屏息,蒜頭焗到啖啖軟腍,完美搭配,食落去真係一口接一口,根本停唔落嚟! continue reading
