友人介紹此火鍋店,就去試試。原book了7:30,因7:00早到了,卻因限時關係,明白的便於門外等候。坐低了,因剛剛shopping完一袋二袋,問可以有多張椅擺放,各侍應懶忙回覆等等,明白的,再過一會再問回覆沒辦法,算了自己想辦法。柯打了:雞鍋、牛、餃子、炸腐皮...(食物ok的一般啦)、水晶粉(好味道的) ⋯ 而中途追加了一次柯打,死追懶追都未有,服務欠佳。明白的,我不會再來了。

Happy friday 的晚上,沒有book枱的情況下,要在旺角吃上一頓飯,實在千辛萬苦。既然每間都要等,就揀了最近頗有人氣的為食魚海鮮火鍋專門店。竟然一等就是90分鐘,為左食突然變得好有耐性㗎我,滿心歡喜立刻點菜。十月推廣的酸菜龍躉鍋$168。乍看之下,好大一鍋,以為單憑兩個人肯定吃不完。但,原來魚的份量就如圖示。其餘的都是芽菜和芽菜。魚肉是經過事先製作的,並不是平常食的那種鮮魚片。因此,不大吃到魚本身的味道,亦不滑嫩。而湯底亦無甚酸菜味,很正常,因為酸菜只有幾小片而已。要待滾到最後,才能嘗到些許味道。所以整個鍋真係有點三不像,純粹喺將幾種食材湊埋一齊。失望大哭ing~另外,叫了咸檸七$18、薯粉$22。薯粉一落鍋,瞬間就熟哂,很Q,吃畢很飽足。回想起大學的時候和hallmates喺街坊小店食酸菜魚,那種好味道。唔通細個乜都好食,大個先黎揀飲擇食?

平日都超旺場嘅海鮮火鍋店!!冇諗過平日都坐滿人,訂滿枱!好彩我哋6:30PM找到,WALKIN都仲有位點佐個8月限定嘅"龍蝦湯水煮龍躉"($148),上枱時見到紅色一大鍋真係呆咗, 因為我哋完全睇漏佐"水煮"兩字,唔知係辣, 結果真係好辣下,食到後期可能條脷麻佐,又反而覺得接受到喎。值得一讚嘅係, 龍躉魚肉有成斤咁多,非常足料,而且魚肉嫩滑,啖啖鮮肉,之後會加龍蝦湯,食落仲會多佐份鮮味個鍋仲有d薯粉喺底,不過份量比較少,如果多啲就仲好啦~~~

今次同同事食飯又吾知食咩好,當然都係去返openrice找野食啦,我地成班邊爐人有咩選擇當然都係邊邊啦,我見未試下就話不如我地去,一行5人去到原來待應話$1000可以包房而且仲吾限時,當然即話OK啦去到房入面仲有電視睇添,我地冇咩理價錢加上飲左少少酒,每人$330價錢可以接受。我地叫左2個鍋加野食好快滿晒桌面,但因為桌面吾太大所好快已經滿而已因為有2個煲關係都幾焗,要最後有一個吾要才感覺舒服一點。小食豆腐一黎係脆口但味道吾覺有味,之後軟身就吾再好食。雞煲食落雞嫩但醬汁吾夠麻辣,配菜洋蔥都吾少。而蕃茄薯仔魚就原來係冇魚見到,湯都冇魚味,配料都新鮮,牛肉食落都好有牛味而吾硬身,蠔好味又夠大隻,芝士蝦丸都彈口而且芝士味都香,響鈴都脆口而吾大件。飲品叫左啤酒同特飲,菠蘿沙冰飲落好淡但應該係堅肉生果整因為有果肉係度。

小食豆腐一黎係脆口但味道吾覺有味,之後軟身就吾再好食。雞煲食落雞嫩但醬汁吾夠麻辣,配菜洋蔥都吾少。而蕃茄薯仔魚就原來係冇魚見到,湯都冇魚味,配料都新鮮,牛肉食落都好有牛味而吾硬身,蠔好味又夠大隻,芝士蝦丸都彈口而且芝士味都香,響鈴都脆口而吾大件。

飲品叫左啤酒同特飲,菠蘿沙冰飲落好淡但應該係堅肉生果整因為有果肉係度。

餐廳以"為食魚"作招徠,顧名思義是以魚類菜式為招牌菜,立即點了8月特價限定,龍蝦湯水煮龍躉來試試。水煮龍躉用石鍋上菜,風味與氣派十足,十分有睇頭。由於石鍋比較厚身,所以需要更多時間來煮滾,但同時亦能令食物更入味,溫度保持得更好。龍躉不是很大的一條,二人份量剛好,而且已經切片,魚頭魚尾亦一拼下鍋煮,十分足料。湯底辣味足夠,不會單一層次,而且還鋪上生蒜泥和指天椒粒,絕對是重口味人士之選。魚本身肉質結質但容易咬開,魚味亦有,不會太膩。鍋底內藏了大量芽菜和小量扁薯粉,如煮得太耐,真的會得辣,所以我建議先把它們拿起,放涼後才吃,又可清除辛辣感。火鍋配料點了黑松露餃和奶黃墨魚丸。水餃十分足料,每隻亦包含一隻鮮蝦,小量雲耳和黑松露醬。水餃的黑松露香味足夠,蝦新鮮蝦牙,吃得出是新鮮包的!但一客6隻對2人來說太多,建議可點半份。奶黃墨魚丸有點創意,流必奶黃餡不會太甜,反而是有點creamy,而墨魚丸彈牙,不錯吃。這裡的特大生蠔也是招徠之一,可生食和作燒烤。上菜上真的大得很,有iphone之大,十分吸引。燒烤的話,無限蒜泥和指天椒鋪面,蠔味濃,吃得過癮!
