喺長沙灣見到呢間居酒屋,裝修幾靚, 於是入去試試,結果冇令我失望。明太子雞翼 雞翼燒得十分香脆,裏面的明太子熱辣辣,味道辣辣地,配合雞肉十分可口。軟殼蟹手捲 軟殼蟹炸得香脆,紫菜唔會韌。海膽手捲海膽分量十分多, 意想不到地分外鮮甜,配合壽司醋飯,好味。火炙北海道帆立貝蟹膏卷又係一個抵食高質嘅卷,北海道帆立貝很鮮甜,配合少少鹹的蟹膏, 味道豐富。燒日本播磨蠔有三隻味,100蚊3隻好抵食, 味道有雙色芝士,煙肉櫻花蝦,辣蒜。整體來說是好的質素,很不錯,都頗大隻,尤其欣賞雙色芝士味, 濃濃的芝士味配合 生蠔的嫩滑,正, 下次會再叫。柚子酒正常甜甜的柚子酒, 容易入口。

又係一個抵食高質嘅卷,北海道帆立貝很鮮甜,配合少少鹹的蟹膏, 味道豐富。

燒日本播磨蠔
有三隻味,100蚊3隻好抵食, 味道有雙色芝士,煙肉櫻花蝦,辣蒜。
整體來說是好的質素,很不錯,都頗大隻,尤其欣賞雙色芝士味, 濃濃的芝士味配合 生蠔的嫩滑,正, 下次會再叫。

正常甜甜的柚子酒, 容易入口。

今晚去左居酒屋同朋友傾計食飯,這裡雖然店舖細,但非常舒適,食物很好。網池刺身,池魚非常新鮮,肉質爽,配少少酸的醬油,令魚更鮮味。左口魚邊火炙壽司,左口魚邊加少許海鹽,用火鎗輕輕燒過,帶出魚的油香,上面再加蔥花,非常配合好味。炭燒岩鹽美國封門柳牛肉,牛柳嫩,用炭火燒,配合廚師特製的黑蒜黑醋醬及蒜片,很配合,好好味。日式炒野菜,蔬菜新鮮,野菜面舖滿木魚絲,令野菜更加鮮甜可口。鹽燒雞翼,鹽的分量剛好,不咸但有鹽香味,好味。

鳕魚好有油脂及大蝦鮮甜(勁大隻!!!)。飯好大碗忘了叫少飯。


配了蛋絲。個sauce燒汁不多不少剛好~~~仲有温泉流心蛋。好好味道。一定要再來試其他。

今日同朋友係長沙灣睇完戲,在附近揾食,行過一間食日本嘢的餐廳,朋友話好想食,咁就入去一試。餐廳唔算大間,但座位尚算舒適。我哋坐落服務員話睇完餐牌可以用QR Code直接落單就得,我哋 order 咗醬燒鰻魚反卷,鰻魚有口感,用醬燒汁包住好好味,芝士吉列海虎蝦卷,海蝦炸得鬆脆,這二樣都得好出色有驚喜。三文魚壽司魚就好新鮮,但壽司飯我就覺得少咗D醋。鐵板金茹牛肉卷,牛肉好juicy又有牛味,包住金菇煎,非常香口。鹽燒厚切牛舌,牛舌有口感,咬落牛味香濃唔太酥真係唔錯。最後食埋石鍋鰻魚炒飯,廚師用雞蛋炒咗飯再加鰻魚及紫菜放上面,提升炒飯的口感,真係食唔停口。食飽結賬五百多元,朋友話都幾抵食,可以下次再來試其他食物!
