平民嘅日本菜向來是我等喜歡食日本料理食客的尋寶之地,往往會搵到平靚正之選。今次去的是位於長沙灣的平民日本小店「味道樂居酒屋」,店內座位不多,裝修明顯精心設計過,帶有點點和式居酒屋的味道,值得細味。我點的是當天 Lunch set中的三文魚親子丼,擺盆相當精緻,三文魚有厚切的四片再加上滿滿的三文魚子,三文魚子十分爽口彈牙,咬落粒粒也是「卜卜」聲,很有口感,而且鮮味十足,配上三文魚的口感,很是出色。然後是朋友點的香蔥吞拿魚丼,我試了一口,吞拿魚蓉,切得相當細膩,不會有忽大忽細的感覺,配上香蔥,及特調醬油,很是下飯。人均約$100,日本料理中是相當合理的價格,很高性價比。

然後是朋友點的香蔥吞拿魚丼,我試了一口,吞拿魚蓉,切得相當細膩,不會有忽大忽細的感覺,配上香蔥,及特調醬油,很是下飯。


人均約$100,日本料理中是相當合理的價格,很高性價比。

之前喺呢一間食過壽司、刺身、都覺得水準非常之高,今日想分享其中少少。卷物當中,火炙北海道帆立貝蟹膏卷真係唔錯。帆立貝好大塊,好厚肉,仲有好新鮮既蟹膏,兩個人分都啱啱好。另外試過三文魚腩刺身、深海池魚腩、大赤蝦都係好厚好新鮮,特別赤蝦爽甜又大隻新鮮!有時仲會有啲精選刺身添。作為一間居酒屋,選擇都唔少,而且仲好爆,建議真係可以book定位。睇返OpenRice發現原來佢佐敦都有分店,睇嚟下次又有新嘅地方食飯啦!

兩個人食,一男一女嗌咁多道餸最後食唔晒,大家去就建議量力而行,控制好個份量。檸檬威士忌梳打友人話有啲似洗潔精味,飲落口威士忌味比較出,唔鍾意酒精味重嘅朋友就唔推薦嗌呢杯。白桃燒灼梳打呢杯就好啲,甜甜地易入口。香炸一口芝士不過不失,但芝士味唔算濃。帶子兩個字——鮮甜,十分推薦👍🏻炭火燒鰻魚飯大大份,鰻魚夠大條,但應該都係包裝鰻魚黎,飯就普普通通炒飯底,一試無妨。牛肉壽喜燒大份兼抵食有豆腐、南瓜、娃娃菜等。明火爐仔,keep到個溫度,記得得閒就攪下,以免黐底。最後like social media送黑松露溏心蛋,味道都不錯。總結:環境靜謐,唔會覺得店員滋擾。值得特登去食,而壽喜燒同帶子就必嗌。

最後like social media送黑松露溏心蛋,味道都不錯。

總結:環境靜謐,唔會覺得店員滋擾。值得特登去食,而壽喜燒同帶子就必嗌。

朋友在長沙灣工作,正好可以到這間他經常推介的居酒屋吃晚餐。首先來一碟七味魚翅,口感像牛肉乾,很香口。流心芝士魚餅,魚餅彈牙,一口咬下去,內裏滿是流心芝士。香炸日本池魚仔, 每條都炸得金黃香脆,正。火炙帆立貝蟹膏卷,一碟有六件。 洋蔥絲下面是滿到漏瀉的蟹膏,再下面便是軟滑的火炙帆立貝,加上新鮮的 wasabi及香脆的青瓜絲, 這個配搭吃起來超正,而且性價比很高。七味唐楊魷魚鬚, 這個真是邪惡之選。大大份,入口香脆。香煎鵝肝什菌石鍋飯,石鍋熱辣辣上枱,鵝肝大大塊在正中間,雜菌和飯粒完美混合在鍋內, 一口雜菌一口鵝肝,感覺很滿足。

長沙灣e區都不乏一啲好好味嘅餐廳,今次就嚟咗味道樂居酒屋。呢間居酒屋,如果你唔book枱嘅話,好難walk in有位,所以吸引到我哋慕名而來。居酒屋內部唔算好大只係容納咗幾張四人枱同埋二人枱,難怪要book位先食到,裝潢懷舊日式為主,牆身掛滿好多日本酒。呢度食物菜色種類豐富,上至壽喜燒,下至丼飯,刺身,串燒等日式名物應有盡有。而我哋就畀呢個細細哋嘅迷你火炙左口魚邊丼飯吸引住。左口魚邊火炙之後香氣滿溢,而且入口即溶。淡淡左口魚邊嘅油脂融入口中,再加埋甜甜地嘅日本糙米飯,簡直就係人間美味,果然冇令我失望。流心芝士魚餅,係非常邪惡之選。魚餅之上加咗一層厚厚嘅芝士,燒過之後味道非常之夾,魚肉口感彈牙,入口陣陣鱈魚香。蟹膏帶子火炙壽司,大大隻嘅帶子絕冇欺場,而且蟹膏份量亦多。入口鮮味濃郁充滿蟹香,帶子肉質軟淋,回味無窮。金菇肥牛卷,份量大。用鐵板呢上鎖住肉汁同埋熱度,黑椒汁非常惹味,咬落去好多肉汁,金菇亦非常爽脆,口感一流,係略嫌有啲油,可以接受。燒白鱔係我哋食串燒嘅至愛,因為白鱔味道濃沃又沒有骨,魚皮燒到好香口香脆,而魚肉口感嫩滑,醬汁亦沒有搶過白鱔嘅鮮味。煙肉櫻花蝦煎廣島蠔,係非常惹味嘅一道

煙肉櫻花蝦煎廣島蠔,係非常惹味嘅一道菜。上面審滿一層嘅櫻花蝦,充滿櫻花蝦嘅蝦香,菜式亦加入煙肉一齊去炒,令到廣島蠔蠔滲入煙肉嘅油香味,喺食慣嘅廣島蠔味之中加咗點綴,唔錯。

約了同學出來吹水行街。因我倆皆很喜愛食日本嘢,而她在長沙灣收工;故提議在附近有間日式酒居很想去試。於是當晚就由她帶路和發版。食肆裝修得有日本格調,但地方不大只能容納二三十人;但餐廳內坐滿食客,好有氣氛。富士蘋果蟹子沙律這道沙律在夏天食最佳因蘋果爽口清甜,菜新鮮翠綠;加埋蟹子不單令口感豐富,還顏色搶眼。燒汁銀雪魚腩銀雪魚本身肉質嫩滑唔多骨是我的favour。今次揀選魚腩部份贪其油脂豐富,加上燒汁來燒烤皮脆肉滑。鹽燒澳洲羊架用秘製醃料來醃製的羊架,以燒烤烹調後,把水份銷住令肉質鬆軟唔鞋口;而且一點都唔膻。牛肉壽喜燒  Beef Sukiyaki熱辣辣的壽喜燒末食已香噴噴。牛肉份量很多,上檯時已半生熟。我們不喜愛太熟;所以淥一陣便可。牛味濃郁和很嫰滑,再沾上煱內半生熟蛋更覺香甜。而配菜豆腐亦很多,吸收哂甜甜地D湯底;食落更添味美。梅子梳打酸酸地很開胃。

富士蘋果蟹子沙律
這道沙律在夏天食最佳因蘋果爽口清甜,菜新鮮翠綠;加埋蟹子不單令口感豐富,還顏色搶眼。
燒汁銀雪魚腩
銀雪魚本身肉質嫩滑唔多骨是我的favour。今次揀選魚腩部份贪其油脂豐富,加上燒汁來燒烤皮脆肉滑。
鹽燒澳洲羊架
用秘製醃料來醃製的羊架,以燒烤烹調後,把水份銷住令肉質鬆軟唔鞋口;而且一點都唔膻。
牛肉壽喜燒  Beef Sukiyaki
