好耐無去食拉麵,今日同左朋友去味千拉麵食。


朋友點左個味千拉麵,麵條彈牙,湯底濃郁唔會過咸,豚肉肥瘦均勻,口感軟糯,溏心蛋賣相唔錯,蛋香味濃。


我試新野,點左個味千赤沾汁麵,湯、麵分開上,配料有竹筍、京葱、叉燒、流心蛋。拉麵掛湯力不俗,沾汁濃厚,辣度十足,好適合鐘意食辣的朋友。如果食到中途,d湯唔夠熱,可以要求餐廳幫忙換熱湯。


我地另外叫左兩個小食:


日式手造餃子 - 餃子外皮層香脆,餡料頗多,配以黑醋食用非常開胃。


金菇牛肉卷 - 金菇吸晒啲燒汁,非常入味,肥牛肉汁豐富夠嫩滑。

這天一個人晚餐是豐富的日式沾麵。Foodpanda 外賣有獨家優惠,滿$100就有$30優惠,足不出戶就可以品嚐美食!我這天品嚐的是味千·沾汁麵。沾麵有提供翻熱包,不過由於沾麵沒有湯,所以在處理上有點複雜。雖說沾麵熱食更加美味,而且翻熱都好方便,但翻熱的同時,半邊溏心蛋會一併煮熟...我還品嚐了海陸拼盤及巨峰乳酸蘇打。拼盤有炸魷魚及雞翼,吃的時候仍然非常香脆!飲品顏色挺好看,味道不過不失,不會很甜!

我自己叫左沾麵, 配料方面同朋友既差唔多一樣, 不同之處就係有脆口既荀片~ 赤沾汁同赤火戀一樣都係辣既湯底, 但係赤沾汁既質感更加濃厚, 令麵條掛汁度更高, 而辣度就較低, 但豚骨湯既香氣就更加突出, 好味! 我自己就更中意沾汁麵

盛菜拉麵 (58$) ,仲可以加多40g既竹筍, 呢道係專比食素的人士食用,
湯都係傳統比較重味既豬骨湯,味道比較濃重油香味, 都比較甜, 都係當初令我喜歡上日式拉麵既起源,
主要味千係價錢不貴, 60元左右的拉麵好像在香港也難找第2間.

我覺得必點既菜, 其中一個原因係牛肉口感十分彈牙易入口, 一d都唔覺得硬.
佢有個醬但我覺得可以唔點醬, 就咁食牛肉本身既味都好夠.

Stayhome with 味千🥡🥢⁣大家都少了外出食飯,個人亦在疫情期間試了不少外賣。唯一問題是,很多外賣店帶回家後,早已涼掉。 ⁣很久沒有試過味千拉麵,最近試了他們的石灰包全盛拉麵。除了味道能保持堂食水準之外,石灰包更能保持熱辣辣的溫度。包裝有清楚說明,加熱過程不用3分鐘。麵冇變淋身,炸物亦然。水果茶入面的冰當然是溶了一點。⁣味道正常,再加外賣自取8折,個人覺得為stayhome 買外賣的一個好選擇。

今天天氣真的精彩,由早到晏都是大雨,午餐也不想去多遠,就選擇了會所樓下的味千拉麵,我經常經過舖頭都好多人排名等位,今日真好彩不用等位,坐低不用想就叫了全場最平的下午茶餐加一飲檸檬茶,在等食物期間偷偷地聽了店長(阿安)哥同同事的溝通,發覺他是一個非常有領導才能的一位大將,我非常欣賞他,我埋單時主動問了他的名字,希望日後有機會同他合作。我講番碗麵先不要以為28蚊會畀行貨給我們,一碗熱辣辣的拉麵粉質素和份量正價貨一模一樣,我非常之欣賞味千拉麵的做法不會將價就貨的方法。大家有時間多些去支持一些好質素的食店。
