高質鐵板燒,朋友約我黎銅鑼灣食高質燒肉~ 當初仲好驚食完會有一陣味,入到去樓底又高,抽風系統好完善,所以食完一啲味都無我地叫左個海鮮餐,首先上嘅係南非鮑魚,它的口感非常鮮美,一啲都唔鞋唔硬,好軟屬佢隻醬仲好好味😋 之後 帶子鵝肝多士是另一道非常豪華的菜式,口感豐富,味道濃郁,個鵝肝簡直不得了,燒到啲油脂剛好,外脆內軟,夾埋多士食先無咁漏 。魚佢地今日用左東星斑,鐵板燒到個魚皮脆脆咁,口感好滑,啖啖肉 。然後我最鍾意食係呢碟 越南大蝦配千層薯餅,蝦非常彈牙,用左牛油煎超香,千層薯餅口感豐富,我本身又好鍾意食薯餅,所以呢碟簡直係我最愛 。朋友唔食牛,所以轉左做豚肉,我就照食和牛;豚肉都唔差,和牛薄片唔太漏 。配埋炸蒜片,送酒一流 。兩隻肉都非常適合用來做鐵板燒。跟手就係經典的鐵板燒配菜同蛋炒飯,最後食唔哂要打包拎走 。最後甜品係燒茨餅(唔知係米咁寫),口感好煙韌,雖然好飽都照食 。整體真係好唔錯,值得再黎食!

朋友請我食生日飯,梗係要食好啲,呢間鐵板燒裝修得好靚,仲以為好貴,點知原來而家做緊買一送一,午餐有鮑魚、鵝肝、大蝦、牛肉、炒飯等等,幾百蚊一位就有交易,真係好抵。鵝肝煎得焦香,配生果食可以解油膩,墊喺鵝肝下面嗰塊麵包都咁好味。個鮑魚係成個餐嘅主角,好生猛,仲郁的,好鮮甜又爽脆彈牙,個鮑魚肝醬先係一絕,好想問師傅攞啖白飯,撈埋個醬食。隻大蝦超巨型,其他鐵板燒餐廳會就咁煎蝦,呢度配埋一塊蝦膏多士,好濃郁,好特別,就算膽固醇超標都一定要食。牛肉薄燒五成熟最啱,連伴碟嘅炸蒜片都超好味。我哋六個人,啱啱坐滿一間房,餐廳樓底好高,十分舒適,抽氣又好,食完唔會成身一陣味。

三人聚餐,去了吃午飯。先講環境,有好高嘅落地玻璃還有一個小露台,光感十足。服務都好有誠意,是近期在香港少見。每人叫了一個set lunch:sushi set / sashimi set / 和牛生薑燒。Sushi有水準唔在講,sashimi擺盤超級精緻!就算我成日去開嗰啲高級日本餐廳例如 Nadaman 都冇咁靚。和牛生薑燒超級有驚喜!和牛就一定好食㗎啦,但係佢個生薑燒汁薑味濃郁非一般外面日本餐廳用嗰啲即食生薑燒汁可以相比。遲啲再去試吓Omakase😋

今日同幾個好朋友去一間新開嘅日本餐廳「赤の匠 」食Lunch 🍣


我見地址寫住亨利集團中心,就以為係Henry House,上到去見到係間串燒店😅 原來亨利集團中心英文係「H.D.H.」係近富豪酒店嗰邊嘅一座新大廈!門口外面有個大雕塑。


「赤の匠 」位於6樓,樓底好高,裝修優雅,令人感覺好舒服😌餐廳有分鐵板燒區同壽司枱區。兩款料理都有新張期內「買一送一」優惠🤩 午市晚市同週末都有供應!

🦪澳洲生蠔 - 新鮮爽口,大隻又飽滿!


🍅蕃茄沙律 - 蔬菜碧綠新鮮,有我最鍾意嘅火箭菜喺入邊,醬汁酸甜開胃。


🥚茶碗蒸 - 上面有一層南瓜蓉🎃令蒸蛋更添顏色及甜味,令平時唔多食茶碗蒸嘅我都成碗食晒😋


🍣刺身4款 - 用四方形玻璃碟呈上,賣相精緻,有赤貝、甜蝦、白身魚及赤身吞拿魚。師傅特別提醒我哋順序嚟食。


1️⃣赤貝爽甜,加上少許檸檬汁,味道清新。

2️⃣甜蝦配蝦頭膏,蝦味非常濃郁!蝦頭膏師傅有隔水加熱,令香味完全釋放。

3️⃣白身魚混入黑松露醬,味道好創新,估唔到都幾夾!

4️⃣赤身吞拿魚用醬油稍稍醃過,魚肉質感較腍,魚味香濃。


🍣手握壽司6件 - 每件師傅手握完會放喺客人面前。食材味道由淡至濃。其實壽司飯已經調味,再加上師傅掃上嘅醬油,我基本上完全唔使再沾豉油就已經好夠味。


1️⃣ 白身魚油脂唔會太豐厚,肉質清爽幼嫩。

2️⃣ 蟹肉擁有軟彈質感,咀嚼時可以感受到蟹肉嘅鮮甜。

3️⃣ 梭子魚輕輕炙燒過魚皮,令油香突出,甘香得很。

4️⃣中吞拿魚腩無筋,入口即融而魚味濃厚。

5️⃣沙甸魚我本身有D抗拒,因為怕會好腥。不過師傅加咗蔥蓉同埋薑蓉,魚味濃而不腥。

6️⃣海膽口感細膩綿軟,非常鮮甜!紫菜香脆,好滿足呀!


🍳玉子燒 - 師傅話好多餐廳會用魚或者蝦打成蓉,之後再混合雞蛋去焗,但係佢哋用上帶子,因為怕客人對蝦過敏。玉子燒非常鬆軟,充滿蛋香濃,好似食緊一件蛋糕一樣💕


🍲 野菜烏冬 - 烏冬滑溜煙靭,湯底鮮甜而且又夠熱。


🍨雪糕 - 最後嘅甜品可以選擇芝麻、豆腐、綠茶或者柚子雪芭。


店員服務態度細心有禮,食物質素高,加上而家仲要有優惠,今次埋單每人都只係$588!我下次要試吓佢哋嘅鐵板燒先得!🥰

We last saw Okura san in another CWB based restaurant, after he (seemed to have) put his TST restaurant behind him. It is great to find out that we could taste his sushi here at Akanoshou (which avails Teppanyaki too). The decor is thoughtful, having partitions at the Sushi counter offering privacy and added hygiene . We had the the Special Omakase, which includes Oyster, a Sashimi course as well as six assorted sushi’s and udon and desert. The sushi’s of Hirame, Shima Aji, Chutoro etc were fr
