出走中環做偽文青,沿途遇到好多真文青打緊卡,真吃貨偽文青既我緊係第一時間緊去食野先啦。一坐低就order左隻比利時啤酒 lachouffe 同sangria 解暑!比利時啤麥味濃郁,香港既craftbeer要再努力D啦。 Sangria就好岩女仔飲,甜甜地又有新鮮生果。之後同老闆傾計交流下大家整Sangria既recipe. 佢即席調左杯橙酒同多Brandy既Sangria, 香味濃厚好鬼正!野食點左個Sweet potato chips 、Pizza Al Forno ver 2.0. 同Spaghetti with Bacon in spicy tomato sauce.蕃薯薯條係配左自家製既肉桂蜜糖芥茉醬,蕃薯薯條好甜,外脆內軟!其實就咁食都好鬼正!但係佢個醬又好好食喎!自己本身好鍾意肉桂,加落蜜糖芥茉醬入面令到個醬唔覺膩...點哂咁滯!重點好想推介佢地既主打手工薄餅,真心好好好食!個餅底厚薄剛剛好,批邊有咬口得黎脆脆地,餅底薄得黎又唔係一陣風,好似印度烤餅nan咁樣!Amazing! 揀左個2.0餡料真係好多,食落會辣辣地因為用左香辣既墨西哥辣椒!用料好新鮮連basil都係用新

至於個蕃茄煙肉意粉就會令人越食越開胃!意大利蕃茄醬酸甜剛好配埋厚粒煙肉,肉味好濃郁! 意粉唔硬仲好有彈性添!

真心呢餐無得彈,好耐無食過有水準既意大利薄餅同意粉!其實order意粉前見到有慢煮安格斯牛,好想試,但係因為無訂定要等比較耐,下次book定再黎試過先!
