既然一場嚟到,試多一樣~瑤柱蛋白炒飯。
我呢啲check 精,正常唔會叫呢個,因為性價比太低,料又唔多,但「值錢」,碟飯一放低都嗅到香味,瑤柱大家都睇到,得面頭幾粒,成碟白雪雪,但食落又幾好味,所以呢碟係食「功夫」,我都食咗一碗仔,食淨同其他一齊打包,放心唔會浪費嘢。

黑豆腐花,第一次食唔係周圍有,質地柔滑的甜品,選用黑豆製成的豆漿,經過細膩的加工,凝結成宛如絨布般柔軟的豆花。搭配適量的糖水,每一勺入口即化,帶來了綿密順滑的口感,同時黑豆的營養價值也使得這道甜品更加健康養生。


如果下次嚟呢區我都會再嚟呢度食點心,因為真係高質抵食,性價比高。

整到外脆內軟,而且臘味非常多,咬落非常香口,絕對冇偷工減料㗎。

賣相非常精美,蓋上餐廳嘅名字,唔會太大舊,食得可以好有儀態都得,而且咬落去嘅時候奶黃流心真係好吸引,呢個奶皇包係我去過咁多餐廳數一數二嘅水準。

沙嗲金錢肚
每次去茶樓必點嘅點心,可以睇得出廚師落咗幾多功夫,今次呢個牛肚食落去嘅時候簡直非常爽口彈牙,而且沙嗲汁香濃入味,加上其他配料之後果然非常出色。

🚗今日遊車河去到科學園,原來科學園都好有假日feel搵到間戶外位嘅飲茶地方,真係值得一嚟🫖呢度有啲新派茶:人蔘烏龍、白桃烏龍、鳳梨烏龍、有機蕎麥茶‼️飲茶飲得夠chill之餘,點心質素幾高添❤️食左咁多樣點心,都非常之滿意~~✨餐廳好體貼,有得揀二人點心,唔駛下下都要食一籠4粒「羊肚菌燒賣」一咬開,菇菌味特別突出,而且蝦比肉嘅比例多,入口好爽口,係我鍾意嘅口感「水晶鮮蝦餃」蝦餃裡面嘅蝦非常飽滿,好闊綽‼️「小籠包」呢個真係必食,皮薄餡多湯汁中間舊肉一啲都唔乾,質感軟嫩有肉香「妃子笑鹹水角」外型似荔枝,外面多左一粒粒凸出來,比平時食嘅鹹水角更脆口,而味道同平時食嘅差唔多!「椒鹽魷魚」除左點心出色之外,啲小食都值得一讚❤️炸得非常乾身,唔會油苙苙,魷魚QQ的,一啲都唔韌,椒鹽味岩岩好,唔會太咸飲茶都有甜品送,正呀~~

在科學園食肆林立, 選了這所设有露天茶座嘆高質中茶又有sea view, 在這清風送爽的天氣實在有另一番享受, 點心首選做緊promote的28蚊燒乳鴿, 相信是全港最平, 但絕不是交行貨, 雖然身形畧細, 但很入味, 另外有多款二人前點心, 方便拍拖一族可試多幾款, 今次最驚喜竟是它的自製甜品, 尤其那香芒布甸, 賣相完全像西式大餐廳出品, 除了香甜外, 伴碟的生果和爆珠都要大力推介, 另一甜品是冰涼西瓜糕, 除了賣相幾乎一模一樣, 店員更說是利用鮮揸西瓜汁造, 還有它的熱蒸甜品千層羌汁糕, 更是必試, 羌味超超濃好正 。
