🥢主菜方面:
本身tasting menu是搭配Wagyu Striploin,不過由於同行朋友不吃牛肉,我們就問了餐廳可以換其他菜式,結果餐廳非常貼心地為我們換了咗三文魚。三文魚煎得鹹鹹香香的,但最驚艷的卻是那層層分明,外酥內綿的馬鈴薯千層,吃完一舊依然令人意猶未盡。

🍷建議搭配:
(Sangiovese - Cecchi 'Riserva' Chianti, 2019)_ 單寧較柔滑細膩,平時少飲酒都handle到,好夾海鮮

🍨甜品方面:
Pre dessert莓味雪芭酸甜醒胃,而正式的dessert為意式濃縮咖啡雪糕(Espresso Gelato),裡面加入了白朱古力、酥香脆脆和鹹焦糖醬等,啡味濃郁,雖然怕夜晚食Espresso會睡不著,但還是忍不住吃光了。

餐廳位置V point 31樓,「印象中」窗邊均是配置落地櫥窗,飽覽維港景色,配上黃昏發夜景可謂景致如畫。本來餐廳並非所有座位都能鄰近窗邊是理所當然,自然不過的事,如所有窗邊座位已被預約並沒問題。但訂座時餐廳並沒有詢問客人座位要求,竟自行預設客人不坐「景色座」,難免令人感覺餐廳故意藏巧。感覺就像於連鎖快餐店想多拿一包醬汁,需以$1加購一樣,吝嗇感令餐廳頗失大體。食物出品整體上味道正常,但沒有優勝之處。飯後兩星期才撰寫的食評只有以下記憶點︰一、帶子過熟,口感如橡膠;二、威靈頓牛過濕,令酥皮變得過份軟爛;三、整餐最好吃的是一碟忘記菜名的黑椒焗椰菜花。食物出品乏善可陳,而飲品下單時店員竟告知因座位不是bar枱位置,所以大部份款式不能選擇......。服務上整體尚算有禮,令人感到舒適。但一女店員過份熱情,甚至令人感到尷尬,更甚多次不懂「眉頭眼額」打斷聊天。在同類型價位的餐廳中,以上服務(單指該女店員)絕不合格。綜合而言,食物乏善可陳、服務「一試難忘」,能對得起其人均4位數價格的只有那「看不到」的維港景色。評語︰食物不好吃,環境沒優勝之處,服務令人不快,不會再次光顧。

所有正宗高級扒房都唔會有過分嘅整色整水 呢度都唔例外。封門柳原條上 切成幾片 旁邊配以肉汁作調味。我們選擇五成熟 肉質粉紅 覺得可以再生少少 但口感非常軟腍多汁 肉味濃郁😋

食到已經差唔多八成飽飽 不要忘記仲有一個甜品角落😚 選擇都有六七款,包括鮮雜果水果盤、柚子芝士蛋糕、rocky road 、泡芙 、水果撻 、brownie 、cheese cake 等等,相當豐富。每件小小的可以一次過滿足我幾個唔同願望。甜品水準亦出色 不會過甜 為這頓午餐畫上完美的。😇
