食物尚算可以 最主要是服務質素和態度欠佳 竟然犯了十分低級的錯誤首先等侯食物時間長 當日只有大概6-7枱客人 每碟菜大概等了半小時,成餐吃了2個多小時…最過分的是 結賬時店員竟然把我的信用卡跟第二枱客人調亂了!! 足足過了3天才發現!後來餐廳有主動打電話給我告知情況 當時亦發現原來信用卡被餐廳碌了2次(另一位客人的費用用了我的卡付…)事後餐廳只是為事件草草道歉,整件事件中覺得餐廳職員和經理處事不夠專業 態度很一般 大家要小心!!!

選用北海道海膽製成海膽杯,加入龍蝦湯清湯啫喱、 百和慕絲,口感幼滑又鮮甜。

HOKKAIDO SCALLOP AGLIO E OGLIO PASTA
用上超厚身嘅北海道帆立貝,表面香煎,內層肉質夠彈牙。醬汁方面用咗全熟嘅香蒜、橄欖油和辣椒炒成,充滿蒜蓉嘅味道。

MISO GLAZED BLACK COD | LEMON PURÉE
用上日本菜常見嘅西京燒,銀鱈魚熟度剛好夠嫩滑。值得一提嘅係檸檬醬汁,醬汁用上檸檬、牛油魚子炒成,酸酸地一定可以更加帶出魚肉嘅甜味。

最後甜品方面就有芒果拿破崙配搭自家製嘅雪糕,味道香甜,結束今次完美嘅一餐。

食物依舊保持高水準,侍應依舊招呼週到。但難得成家人夜晚去食fine dining,餐廳環境仲嘈過一般酒樓食肆,真係嘈得好離譜。成餐飯大打折扣。就算再邀請我都唔會再去呢間餐廳;可惜就係浪費咗廚房有咁好嘅出品,用餐環境咁差,其他方面幾好都救唔返。
