To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早輪見新都城呢到開左呢間越南野就入來試吓,其實之前喺灣仔都試過,印象中都唔係太好味今次試完,都係覺得冇驚喜,不過上菜速度係快嘅為大家介紹下我食左啲咩~我食完呢次,都唔會再食枱面會有呢幾款汁醬比大家享用~豬頸肉味道可以的, 夠淋~唔會整到乾柴皮春卷無特別,食完唔會想再食個種生牛肉湯粉夠大碗,但唔夠美味,我食淨都多野飲真係好難飲唔夠濃,啲味道好似用水開稀左噤奉勸大家千祈唔好order~我地當日order野食嘅list

因為太飽的關係,但又很想品嘗「越茶」的茶飲,便外賣了兩杯,分別是人氣的金蘭桂花烏龍及西柚四季春茶!
金蘭桂花烏龍選了走甜,感覺清新,茶底香濃,烏龍不苦澀茶味顯著,桂花味突出而不過甜,茶香及桂花十分好味!
西柚四季春茶,同樣點了走甜,因為想品嚐甘醇的四季春特色「回甘」的茶味,加上微微苦澀的西柚汁帶著獨特的果香味,口感幼滑,入口清新消膩!

係為#奶蓋控 見到有芝士奶蓋一,第一時間叫左杯,🧀質感夠濃郁,飲落左少少芝士粒,但飲落芝士味就無咩。

港式烏龍茶底正常,不過味道同平時既烏龍奶茶差唔多。伯爵茶個杯既茶底比較濃。兩杯既珍珠份量好多,食到一半已經好飽🤣 如果可以自揀配料就更好。

牛腩份量好多,起碼有成七、八舊,每舊都頗大。肉質稱唔上軟淋,可能選用部位脂肪較少,食到一絲絲既肉。略嫌牛腩唔夠入味,反而薯仔煮得綿密、軟淋,沾滿咖喱汁好惹味

身為包控,覺得法包好正!外皮香脆、內裏麵包體煙韌鬆軟,咖喱汁完美依附係麵包氣孔中,十分滿足!
