餐廳食物不錯,可惜上菜時間實在拖得太慢太慢…和朋友來吃生日飯,6點開始等了一段時間就上了前菜脆脆的魚生刺身沙拉第二道前菜是聖子沙律…等了半小時南瓜湯…又等了半小時,而且不夠熱蟹肉配蘿蔔沙律…然後又等了半小時…上了這個risotto…朋友已經等到飽了….還未上主菜由六點到晚上10點,一直不停等不知道是廚師不夠人….還是怎樣,總之每道菜之間就是不停的等待我這是一邊吃一邊寫的食評….朋友已經吃到打哈欠….. 酒已經喝光了…. 主菜還未上…由六點開始,現在已經10點,主菜還未上….希望餐廳可以考慮一下上菜時間加快一點否則食客都睡着了,主菜還未上 zzzzz

📍地址: 天后天后廟道9號地舖✿😋味道😋:5/5✿🏙️環境🏙️:3/5✿🤵🏻服務🤵🏻♂️:5/5✿👀賣相👀:5/5✿💰價位💰:4/5↠⏰時段:Dinner 18:30 ↞ ✦✧ 呢間位於天后「Anytime Catering」開咗大約4年嘅私房菜,由大廚兼老闆 Dxx Pang 親自主理,做咗大約12年嘅高級廚師上門到會,以及專業餐飲業工程服務,所以呢間私房菜有一定嘅水準。—————————————————————🧾$880位 + 10% service charge<<<<<<< WELCOME BITE>>>>>>>🔴🟡🟠🍅❝ Rainbow Tomatoes ❞ ☞ 用左唔同款色嘅蕃茄仔,加埋ricotta cheese同埋一粒粒嘅Cheddar cheese,有小小酸酸甜甜再加埋芝士嘅咸味,不過呢個就唔算好特別。⚪️🐟❝ Salmon tartare ❞ ❀Parmesan forms , salmon roe, cucumber , Parmesan chips ☞ 呢個係蘋果沙律,用咗三文魚他他,而上面啲白色foam係Yogurt嚟嘅,加咗橙味去調製,而入面仲加咗三文魚籽同埋洋蔥🧅,提升左口感,上面仲加咗一啲白色小花同埋綠色嘅葉點綴,外表都幾靚。🦪🦞🦐❝ Oyster seafood chowder ❞ ☞ 呢個龍蝦湯真係超級出色,用咗啲蝦頭整成嘅,而且啲蝦肉好爽嫩,個湯嘅味道都好濃,好有鮮味,上面仲加咗魚子醬,將個湯更加昇華,淨係上枱已經聞到好香嘅龍蝦味。🦀🥧❝ Crab meat tart ❞ ❀ Grand marnier sea urchin forms☞ 呢一個蟹肉撻,用咗啲蟹膏泡沫同埋蟹肉整成嘅,個泡沫仲加入咗一啲唔辣嘅辣粉,個底部仲加咗牛油果,食落好夾,連個tart都喺即刻炸出嚟,好出色!🌿 ❝ Tempura Sea urchin ❞ ❀ Japanese Sea urchin, Harissa sauce☞ 呢一個「天婦羅海膽」嘅擺盤已經好吸睛,喺用咗北海道嘅海膽,配埋鬆脆嘅天婦羅,入面用咗紫蘇葉包住熟嘅海膽,充滿口感嘅同時有鮮甜香滑嘅感覺,旁邊仲配左一個唔辣嘅辣汁,再加上意大利嘅黑醋,味蕾頓時升華!十分之出色!————————————————————— <<<<<<< MAIN COURSE >>>>>>>🍄 ❝ Grilled mushrooms ❞ ☞ 呢個大烤菇,睇落個樣唔算好吸引,但係食落又係唔錯,喺主菜之前上嘅,for兩個人share,個烤菇好鮮甜,而且上面加咗好濃嘅芝士🧀️。🐮🥩❝ Roasted Australia Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Steak ❞ ❀ roasted broccoli honey glaze, red wine reduction🦞🦞Grilled Australia lobster《Extra+$200》❀Honey glad Broccoli , Salmon roe sauce ☞ 呢個主菜真係超級出色,首先呢個澳洲和牛柳輕輕煎香表面,鎖住咗啲肉汁,肉質細嫩軟腍多汁,而且仲好香牛味,簡單用咗香草同埋蒜一齊煎,再配埋慢煮嘅紅酒汁同埋西蘭花,香而不膩;另外仲加咗錢要龍蝦,而呢個龍蝦喺澳洲空運返香港,殼薄而且多肉,龍蝦肉好有彈性,口感爽口彈牙,而且鮮甜嫩滑,呢個配搭加埋就係無敵!—————————————————————<<<<<<< DESSERT>>>>>>>⚪️🍨❝ Tofu custard ❞ ❀ osmanthus paste, ginger-tofu form, black sugar☞ 呢個薑汁豆腐花簡直令人喜出望外,將一個簡單嘅豆腐花變成一個令人垂涎三尺嘅甜品,用咗奶、芝士同埋薑汁打成嘅foam,加埋一啲雲呢拿籽同埋黑糖合桃做配搭,而且豆腐花幼滑,口感非常之豐富,令人一試難忘。🍰 ❝Today’s special ❞ ☞ 最後呢個驚喜係一個 Earl Grey 蛋糕,外表已經好吸引,食落仲係好濃烈嘅伯爵茶味道,想像唔到點樣可以做到咁濃烈嘅伯爵茶。—————————————————————🫖 ❝ 貴州高山石阡紅茶❞☞ 為咗配上伯爵茶蛋糕,大廚仲炮製左呢個石阡紅茶,呢個茶係冇咖啡因嘅,仲可以幫助消滯,所以作為一個總結就一流,而且個茶喺抗氧化,所以大廚極力推介!😂😂

咁岩得閒今晚同好友相約去左天后食fine dining @anytime.catering 廚師發辦以下嘅菜式~首先有兩道Welcome bites 第一道Welcome bites 底層墨魚汁曲奇中間牛油果沙律,上面配上味增蒜頭,入口很特又有層次第二道Welcome bites加拿大海膽和醬油漬三文魚子,上面是開心果醬煙三文魚卷再上紅菜頭汁三文魚,石榴配玫瑰士多啤梨汁,砂糖吉配果仁,個醬配三文魚幾夾幾特別👍🏻南瓜湯先上蜜糖焗既南瓜,上面有開心果同曲奇,最後加返南瓜湯,湯整得很入味又很滑蟹肉tart手拆蟹肉tart牛油果醬帶有芥茉味薯仔千層酥底下薯仔千層酥,煙既哦穴子配炸西米上面係黑蒜醬,好香脆的底估唔到這個組合好夾,食落很大層澳洲和牛西冷排澳洲和牛西冷配菜印度咖喱西蘭花蕃茄仔牛排好林肉質鮮嫩可口西班牙乳豬西班牙乳豬上面加有柿帶有車厘子醬,再配菜印度咖喱西蘭花蕃茄仔玉桂蘋果卷配自家製雲呢拿雪糕即點即整,很香口很有玉桂味,而且唔係好甜,雪糕好味又細滑
