APT.一直以高質brunch聞名，這次來訪果然沒有失望。這次點了拼盤，主菜包括慢煮雞胸配烤多士、香煎五花腩，以及蟹肉酸種多士加水波蛋。雞胸肉非常嫩滑，味道帶點香料氣息，不會太乾，配搭烤多士很有層次。五花腩則外脆內嫩，油脂分布平均，咬下去滿口肉香，與底下的香蒜醬汁相當搭配。蟹肉多士份量十足，蟹肉鮮甜，配上酸種麵包的微酸，味道清新不膩；水波蛋煮得恰到好處，蛋黃流心，拌在一起吃更加滋味。旁邊的小薯仔沙律醬香濃郁，加入少量香料提升口感。APT.的食材新鮮、用心製作，每一道都能吃出廚師的細心。餐廳環境明亮舒適，服務親切，適合朋友小聚或悠閒早午餐。價錢雖然稍高，但以食物質素來說絕對物有所值。會推薦給喜歡高質西式brunch的朋友！ continue reading

今次我嚟到灣仔嘅APT，真係一個好有特色嘅地方。餐廳環境簡約而舒適，啱啱好適合朋友聚會或者一個人靜靜享受美食。我點咗一個三文魚蟹肉，烤豬肉開心果泥sourdour，配有兩片原粒粟米。包底部係脆脆嘅，咬落去有種香脆感。三文魚蟹肉份量十足，本身以為兩啖食哂。另外，烤豬肉，底下係一層厚厚嘅牛油果醬，令整個多士更加滑順。豬肉鮮嫩多汁，仲有一啲香料調味，食落去唔會覺得油膩，反而有一種清新嘅感覺。最特別係上面加咗啲微型沙律，唔單止係視覺上吸引，味道上都帶來咗一啲清新嘅口感。總括來講，APT係一個值得一試嘅地方，無論係食物或者環境都令人滿意。下次有機會再嚟試其他菜式，期待再嚟享受呢個美食之旅！ continue reading

今日自己去咗呢一邊做運動，見到呢一間都幾多人排隊嘅咖啡室，上網睇咗佢嘅多士好好食，就決定一個人嚟試吓，覺得整體都唔錯，叫咗一份toast + coffee! 而且呢一個小區比較靜，有一個比較舒服嘅感覺！我就揀咗三個toppings, cherry tomatoes好fresh! 輕輕煎左個面，好好食，酸酸甜甜，亦都非常開胃，蟹肉亦都非常好食，完全冇腥味，同個包加埋炒蛋非常match! 炒蛋亦都做得非常好，個質感唔錯，唔會太熟，下次會返嚟試吓其他toppings! continue reading
