5點去食tea, 我叫咗 honey bread pudding w/ chocolate sauce, 老公叫咗 apple tart. 賣相可以, 可惜 apple tart 唔似 tart, 似餅多d (請睇相). 至於味道, bread pudding 好溜, 無香味, 我只可以完成一半, apple tart 都係普通, 無咩驚喜, 2個都好有進步空間.

千萬不要搞錯,標題與當晚3位主角的身材絕無關係,A級指的是彼此質素啊。剛過去的星期三,三個不同年紀、不同背景的女人,就一起渡過了一段難得的歡樂時光! 當晚玩即興,還好餐廳只是半滿,沒訂座的我們也可就坐舒適沙發位。挺喜歡店內輕鬆、隨意又摩登的氣氛,令人很快從工作壓力中放鬆起來。餐單轉得幾快,當中內容與價錢與元旦日所見已有出入,現在更加推出了$238的dinner set,見內客不算吸引,我們決定因應胃口,選擇較清淡的散叫: 麵包籃-鬆香軟綿仍熱暖的麵包,配以意式油醋,永遠是我最喜愛的開胃小食! 地中海沙律($58)-除了新鮮蔬菜,特別加入橄欖、羊奶芝士、車厘茄同帶蜜糖調味的合桃粒,配搭頗有風味;要挑剔是羊奶芝士稍為濃郁過咸,又原來食友們都不太接受得來橄欖,後來全數交我清掉。 燒大蘑菇配煙肉芝士($68)-煙肉成分較少,芝士味亦較淡薄不強,然而大蘑菇本身芳香濃郁,配搭上鼠尾草後更是奇香突出,整體組合幾有火花,我喜歡! 雜野菌燴意大利飯($98)-難得大肚婆有胃口吃risotto,就捨了較油膩的香煎鵝肝配番紅花意大利飯,改要較清淡的選擇。幸而這個選擇素而不寡,醬汁挺香口濃郁,數款野菌亦爽口彈

雜野菌燴意大利飯($98)-難得大肚婆有胃口吃risotto,就捨了較油膩的香煎鵝肝配番紅花意大利飯,改要較清淡的選擇。幸而這個選擇素而不寡,醬汁挺香口濃郁,數款野菌亦爽口彈牙,加上軟硬度適中的,幾好食,當然墊了不少給準媽媽。
 
煙肉蛋芝士汁意大利粉($98)-Carbonara是近年很喜歡的成分簡單、味道卻不簡單的pasta,這裡做到意粉al dente效果,煙肉比例亦剛好很香口,可惜芝士味太濃搶過了蛋香,如此消彼長一定更妙!
 
來到甜品時間,大肚婆甜胃未回復,店內選擇亦不算吸引,是晚較忍手只選2款:
 
法式蘋果撻配蜜糖雪糕($55)-蘋果批酥皮薄又香,勁脆微甜滋味非常討好,再配上微甜細膩的honey gelato,清新有驚喜!
 
朱古力軟心蛋糕配香草雪糕($68)-元旦日來還未見到餐單上供應,上週三卻喜見心太軟出現,當然不會放過!!其實成品一望而知朱古力味不夠濃郁,吃來也果真如此,幸因皮脆也有OK流心效果,加上香滑帶雲尼拿籽的vanilla gelato,也能收貨。
 
2個頭盤、2份pasta、2個甜品,用上OR的$30優惠劵後,埋單才$400,十分抵食。當時未為意,後來心算一下,餐廳似乎是收錯數?不理了,重點是三人聚會至此仍意猶未盡,之後再找雪糕/yogurt下場!

Green salad – okay
Parma ham with mixed fruits salad – not qualified as “mixed fruits” as there was only one type of fruit, honeydew, and they were sliced into very thin pieces; the rest ingredients were the same as the green salad
Onion soup – good
Minestrone soup - okay
Quail as main dish – quite disappointed that it wasn’t available
Seafood Paella – not available again
Risotto with goose liver – a failure… the risotto was not cooked thoroughly, the rice and the sauce didn’t mix together and the rice was quite hard
Spring chicken – okay
Soufflé with mango sauce – the soufflé would be just fine without the sauce

In summary, the price was not particularly expensive and it’s quite a comfy place if you manage to get a quiet table. However, the place is still very new in terms of operation. For example, the waiter didn’t know what the customer ordered and one of them thought we finished our meal after we only had the salad and took away our cutleries and butter. We had to ask for the bread when we had the soup. Also, a few specialties on the menu were not available which was a bit disappointing. The food quality wasn’t very stable, some dishes were good but others were not. Hopefully they can make some improvements to run the restaurant in a more sophisticated manner.
