今日來位於太子大南街嘅居酒屋,餐廳裝修風格偏暗調,環境唔錯,幾有氛圍。食物方面就點左個五點刺身盛,有5種唔同既刺身,牡丹蝦幾甜,油甘魚夠鮮,仲有三文魚呑拿魚同海膽。海膽帆立貝包係用海苔包起之後可以直接放入口,口感非常好,海膽同帆立貝嘅味道互相交錯,再配合埋魚子流出嘅鹹味同鮮味,產生了非常好嘅化學效果。燒牛舌,配上芥茉同檸檬汁,可以一次過體驗香味酸味甜味牛肉味,再加上牛舌本身爽口嘅口感,非常美味。至於鹽燒虎蝦,就燒得幾香,蝦膏香口又甜然後係重頭戲柚子味噌燒羊架,上菜之後店員會即場加入醬汁,有一團火噴出嚟再燒一下羊架,畫面好靚好精彩,除左畫面靚之外,味道亦係上佳,肉質鮮嫩,火侯剛好,再有柚子嘅甜味同味噌嘅鹹味襯托羊肉味,令人食指大動😋最後仲叫左個芝士年榚同明太子燒飯糰,質量都唔錯!整體來說,餐廳嘅燒物極為出色,如果唔係食得飽嘅話真係再想叫多幾串串燒!▪️五點刺身盛 $288▪️海膽帆立貝海苔包 $128▪️牛舌(份) $98▪️鹽燒虎蝦(2隻) $48▪️柚子味噌燒羊架 $198▪️芝士年糕 $38▪️明太子燒飯團 $38▪️Sapporo Beer $68▪️日本果酒 (蜜桃) $58 continue reading
