大年初一🧧同屋企人一家8人去食飯,之前係OpenRice 見到介紹,而地點方便,因怕新年人多預早book位,去到坐低環境舒服唔擠迫,唔記得點咗幾多個菜,反正價錢舒服😅連老人家都讃味道不錯,仲話比啱啱去完泰國食嘅更好味😂燒雞,船麪,芒果大果大虾沙律,豬頸肉,酒鬼和牛炒河…樣樣都好味,大家都食得好滿足,夠熱味道適中!連我個囡都話泰式奶茶同泰國飲一樣味,而且服務不錯有效率有笑容,下次會再來💯👍🏼😊

係有得揀陪紅咖哩或者青咖喱,而我地就揀左青咖喱,入面有雞肉🍗,魚蛋,同埋豬紅。咖喱有少少辣🔥,份量根本就唔夠攞黎撈曬成個面,淨係食完個四捆面成碗咖喱🍛都已經冇曬,啲配菜曬曬。

3.燒豬頸肉
呢個加一埋差不多要$100,但係份量真係唔多,切得唔算厚或者薄,但係我諗成塊應該差不多大過手掌少少,少少油膩,但係陪埋個醬汁非常好味。

4.泰duck生菜包
肉既份量多過菜,啲肉偏多汁,唯獨是要叫店員攞多幾塊生菜先夠包,生菜包鴨肉都幾夾幾好食

5.芒果糯米飯
芒果份量,同糯米飯份量偏少,三個人每人食得一淡仔,芒果幾甜,係幾夾

總括黎講,份量少,偏貴,野食一般般,冇話難食,係偏好食既。不過泰式口味好唔好食😋真係見仁見智
Other Info. : 題外話啦,我見中午係未有lunch menu,冇嘢飲跟🧃,一個人食個飯都要$150起 同埋,冇酒牌,店員話暫時未有,尖東分店先有 座位上,滿座既話係真係逼,同隔離位可能會好近,大檯就舒服,但我見店員會擺個reserve牌,但入左個啲並不似係有booking,可能係唔想俾人隨便坐大檯。

離九龍城最近嘅mall非Airside莫屬(3分鐘車程)~所以近期都會係Airside出沒~🤭🐻🐼🐾今次試尼間係泰味十足嘅 「泰沾麵」~唔使專登飛泰國都食到地道泰國風味~(。♥‿♥。)👉招牌泰沾麵~有青咖喱雞同紅咖哩蝦兩種汁選擇、我揀咗青咖喱~第一次食泰式沾麵~口感豐富、青咖喱汁濃郁且一啲都唔辣~😍👍👉三臭炒粉絲(臭豆、醃蒜、臭草)(available only in Airside)~唔好比個臭字嚇親、其實一啲都唔臭仲要好夠鑊氣好夠辣~再配上兩隻巨大隻美味鮮蝦~必食no.1~😍👍😋🤤👉飛天通菜~用咗麵豉醬炒好有泰味👍~不過通菜老咗啲~😅👉燒豬頸肉~燒得好靚~重點係蘸料惹味之餘唔會太辣~👍👉椰青~佢哋嘅椰青真係好新鮮、飲晒之後成個椰子嘅椰肉可以好輕易搣晒出嚟食晒~😋🤤👉龍眼冰~👍

之前與朋友逛Airside已經想試試這間「泰沾麵」的招牌沾麵,今日誤打誤撞就決定試試這間「泰沾麵」。入座時,職員的 服務態度很好而且臉帶笑容,進餐前後亦十分主動為我們添水。餐廳也是用手機掃QR下單。炸魚露漬豬頸肉燒豬頸肉吃得多,炸豬頸肉還是第一次試,豬頸肉非常香口但不會覺得油膩,而且真的有魚露的香味,十分出色。招牌泰式沾麵(紅咖哩 - 大蝦)這個泰沾麵配料非常多,而且我十分欣賞他的四卷麵卷,看得師傅在擺盤上也不馬虎,而且亦想不到紅咖哩裡亦十分多材料,大蝦份量亦十足而且爽口,沾麵配上酸菜﹑炸蒜等配料,每一口都有不同層次和多元口味。一滴不留招牌船麵 ( +$20轉和牛)最意外是招牌船麵令我們有驚喜,湯底非常濃郁之餘,炸豬皮亦十分好吃,但想炸豬皮仍然脆口便要快點吃,而上菜時大大片和牛仍然有點紅的,所以吃的時候和牛不會靭。所以我跟朋友說笑道「泰沾麵」應該改名作「泰船麵」🤣🤣。

這個泰沾麵配料非常多,而且我十分欣賞他的四卷麵卷,看得師傅在擺盤上也不馬虎,而且亦想不到紅咖哩裡亦十分多材料,大蝦份量亦十足而且爽口,沾麵配上酸菜﹑炸蒜等配料,每一口都有不同層次和多元口味。

一滴不留招牌船麵 ( +$20轉和牛)
最意外是招牌船麵令我們有驚喜,湯底非常濃郁之餘,炸豬皮亦十分好吃,但想炸豬皮仍然脆口便要快點吃,而上菜時大大片和牛仍然有點紅的,所以吃的時候和牛不會靭。所以我跟朋友說笑道「泰沾麵」應該改名作「泰船麵」🤣🤣。

今次嚟到airside random pick咗一間泰國嘢食吓新嘅商場 餐廳環境都算乾淨企理 但係啲枱都擺得幾密二人枱坐到貼住隔離枱 坐滿晒的話都會好逼而食物呢 今次嗌咗青芒果大蝦沙律 青芒果爽脆 味道清新酸酸辣辣只係份量真係唔多另外仲嗌咗招牌泰式沾麵有得揀青/紅咖喱 紅咖喱都幾香同辣辣地 重香料味個麵係好似粉絲嘅透透聲 咬落去唔會好淋係少少煙韌咖哩沾麵都幾新奇仲嗌咗個招牌船麵有得揀豚/和牛豚肉非常的鞋呀麵都係用番上面個麵湯底都ok 正堂船麵味道飲完係會有啲頸渴的總結 定價較高但份量不多 味道尚可😆~

有紅咖喱或者係青咖喱,我哋揀咗前者有肉碎、大蝦,而後者會有雞肉、豬紅等,上檯熱辣辣,都有返咁上下辣度,感覺的確惹味🌶️倒落個過左冷河既麵度,麵條幼身但有彈性,掛汁力唔錯,仲有爽口配菜如榨菜、芽菜、紫椰菜等,整體配搭得宜有驚喜😛

上次黎想食芒果糯米飯,但好可惜賣曬,轉戰左呢個覺得幾好食🙈呢次再Encore,外皮依舊係做到香脆,咬開仲會噴煙,係略嫌濕氣較多,但都軟綿綿,班蘭味唔錯

雖然我唔明點解一碟咖喱入面有豬紅(或者係雞)😂但係佢已經係碟餸入面叫做幾好食,隻雞一食就只有雪藏雞的感覺,沒有其他味。

唔好食既餐廳已經唔需要再黎,但最最最令我嬲既係員工態度同佢地既記憶力。

唔知係咪我哋坐正中間令佢地特別混淆啦,首先黑色衫疑似係全職員工定高級啲嘅男同事,都幾冇禮貌,無論對客人定同事語氣都係差。

其次係一晚入面同事應該起碼上錯10次菜俾我!!!頭三次我都可以當佢哋未熟悉枱號,但係去到後期我就嚟食晒,都試勻晒成間餐廳所有同事上錯過菜比我地,有啲仲唔止上錯一次添。除咗影響我哋成餐飯嘅體驗之外,其實真係好煩,印象分扣得好緊要。我一晚講咗10次呢啲唔係我,你哋上錯,真係好炆憎。我係食客會容忍同體諒,但錯咁多次其實我冇義務成餐飯不停咁接受你哋做錯嘅事同教你哋。

最好笑係老細幫我哋收枱嘅時候好抵死咁問中我哋覺得餐飯好唔好食,我答咗味道一般之餘,請佢教導員工, train好先叫同事出嚟。佢話因為開業冇耐,好多同事都唔熟。。但其實係有義務要訓練到佢哋熟晒先可以出得嚟招呼客人,點解要食客不停接受佢哋做錯嘅事呢?

最後埋單發現佢哋連付款系統都係未ready,只可以比現金,或者轉數快俾一個私人戶口….

我希望餐廳各方面可以喺短時間內進步神速,否則下次再嚟應該見唔到你哋😔
