又一個快食tea本身o係times square,想買少少野食,又冇時間,記得basement有檔新既燒餅(而且次次都見好多人排隊)就捨棄魚仔餅第一次食就食d『大路d』既味道,即係綠茶紅豆味,再加$10要綠茶牛奶(原為$15)- 綠茶紅豆燒餅:我同我朋友都覺好味,佢仲話好香, 要我都聞下先食。個燒餅係微暖,如果熱d會仲好!綠茶紅豆味都有,唔會得個甜字。見製作過程好似食完會好full,但都唔係丫(size其實係幾細)- 綠茶牛奶:見到杯野都嚇左一跳,點解咁細杯? 不過味道係好,綠茶同牛奶味平均,冇冰,唔會越飲越稀,仲有飲完唔會飽死(奶冇過多)其他味道都好有興趣試喎!

Anyway, ordered two flavors that I tend to like: green tea red bean ($11) and sweet potato ($10)

Sweet potato ($10): I was expecting it to be the purple sweet potato, but it was the white kind. The paste was mildly sweet and very pasty and grainy, not viscous. I am not very keen about sesame, which they said on the sign was contained in the sweet potato obanyaki. I think it was blended into the filling as I cannot see nor feel actual sesame seeds. This obanyaki was OK, but I will try another flavor next time. Its plain batter smells eggy and custardy, like pancake, very original. I liked the skin more than the filling!

Green tea red bean ($11): Red bean paste was sweeter than the sweet potato paste, the red beans are not paste-like, ie. you can still savor the bean texture which I prefer. I especially love the green tea batter of the outer layer - it was not overwhelming, subtle and refreshing. Will have this again!


Important note
: I definitely recommend eating when it is fresh, because the skin has a nice just-cooked, very delicate crunch to it; when it is cooled the skin moistens up - the enjoyability decreases exponentially! And if you really don't want to eat it right when it is fresh, please don't leave it sealed like they do when they package it - let it cool before sealing it, or else the vapor will ruin the skin!

They were quite generous with the filling; makes an enjoyable pick-me-up on one of those exhausting shopping trips. Better than the cheap obanyakis they sell in Mongkok street vendors!

Went here with my friend to get some cakes. Went for the custard cream cake and I just had one tiny bite!It was delicious! The custard cream wasn't too sweet and really mixed well with the pastry - the cake. 炎炎夏日,不想跟陽光玩遊戲,但又閒時沒事做的話,我喜歡隨意逛逛 Citysuper 這些大型超市,看看不同種類的意大利粉,來自不同地方的煙三文魚,甚至欣賞那一樽樽包裝精緻的果醬,消磨大半天之餘,亦可放鬆心情,是一種生活情趣。某晚行超市行得累了,於是到阿月家買個大判燒,止止口痕。由於幫襯時已臨近收鋪,這個預先整好的「吉士」口味大判燒 ($11),不新鮮熱辣是預計之內,餅皮外層亦無可避免地帶一點點粘韌,沒有想像的爽脆。大判燒厚厚的外表,的確有一定份量,而內在亦毫不輸蝕,用料充實飽滿,這點是值得表揚的。可供選擇的口味除了當日所選的吉士外,記憶中還有宇治金時及芝麻等,總有一款合心水的,製作時亦衛生意識十足,店員全副保護衣物上身,吃得也放心。回說我的「吉士」大判燒,味道甚為討好,沒有過甜的情況,價錢不貴,下次經過如遇新鮮製造的話,仍可以「encore」的。

吃過了土司工房,還有一定量的胃納,決定到附近的Citysuper逛一逛,被我和女友見到亞月家的大判燒,其實也不多吃大判燒,所以買了兩個來試一試。當然鯛魚燒是跟大判燒是不同的,但不其然也會拿它和Taiyaki的作比較,此處味道的選擇沒有Taiyaki的那麼多,也沒有它們的那麼創新,又肉醬,又芝士,但是也有好吃的傳統選擇,有綠茶、紅豆、芝麻及蕃薯等,今天挑了抹茶紅豆及芝麻味吃。大判燒是由一個個圓形的坑,在內先掃上一層薄薄的油,然後注入大判燒外層的粉漿,然後在內加入材料,兩邊都燒好後即成,而我們吃的,其實已經是預先弄好的,一個個的整整齊齊排在一起。抹茶紅豆大判燒的內部當然是有紅豆餡,但抹茶的味道其實是來自大判燒外層的粉漿,那些粉漿是加入了抹茶粉的,所以從切面看起來都是綠綠的,而且吃起來也真的是滿有綠茶的味道,而粉漿的外層燒得有點脆,有內則是軟軟的,感覺很好吃,若外層再脆一點會更好,另一方面,紅豆餡是勁多,而且豆粉幼身,豆殼不多,是做得非常出色的紅豆餡,所以整體來說,很是不錯。再來的是芝麻餡的大判燒,今次的粉漿是普通的甜味,其實此漿也跟雞蛋仔的蛋漿有異曲同工之妙,從相片可見到粉漿是雞蛋式的,以

所以綜合而論,此餅絕對是值得推介,但要吃就一定要留肚了,因為和女友分吃兩個,但已經還我由半飽,谷至八成飽了。

上星期五等老公放工時, 係Citysuper見到朱古力吉士大判燒好似好吸引, 走去排隊買返個, 望落好似好好食咁, 但拎上手只是微微溫, 外層唔甜兼無咩味道, 唔覺鬆軟亦無蛋香, 好失望。而且朱古力吉士唔多仲有點凝固, 味道和質感同想像的相差好遠, 仲要賣$10個, 超貴好唔值!!!我諗真係要整好立即食先會好食, 不過我試過一次真係怕怕, 唔會俾多次機會佢再試囉!

黎左3次, 3次都係食抹茶紅豆, 完全忽視左其他味!!!睇完Yan食評大讚朱古力吉士, 第二日即刻飛去食好好彩, 朱古力吉士岩岩整起, 熱辣辣!!!一咬, 暖心朱古力吉士漿大量湧出, 食到成嘴角都係真係好正, 食到最尾果啖都係又杰又滑既朱古力吉士, 超滿足*呢個判燒既外皮好似有d唔同, 無左抹茶紅豆判燒果種麻糬質感,不過外皮鬆軟,充滿蛋香, 美味=)食呢個朱古力吉士真係滿足過食抹茶紅豆!!!一試愛上>V<講返之前食過既抹茶紅豆:都好味架, 青綠色外皮帶點金黃, 勁靚, 抹茶味外皮帶點麻糬既煙韌, 雖然抹茶味唔算濃, 但連埋紅豆一齊食都唔會蓋過抹茶味=)大量香甜紅豆, 很不錯* 佢話係北海道紅豆黎架外皮方面我覺得亞月家比Sogo秀吉好d香d, 而且秀吉只得2款味道,吉士同紅豆, 食得多都悶, 秀吉$7個; 亞月家要$9個, 抹茶同朱古力要$10個, 貴dd但以後想食大判燒果陣必定行多幾步黎Timesqaure食心太軟2號OMG一路打一路想食多個>V<

真係好正, 食到最尾果啖都係又杰又滑既朱古力吉士, 超滿足*
呢個判燒既外皮好似有d唔同, 無左抹茶紅豆判燒果種麻糬質感,
不過外皮鬆軟,充滿蛋香, 美味=)

講返之前食過既抹茶紅豆:
都好味架, 青綠色外皮帶點金黃, 勁靚, 抹茶味外皮帶點麻糬既煙韌,
雖然抹茶味唔算濃, 但連埋紅豆一齊食都唔會蓋過抹茶味=)
大量香甜紅豆, 很不錯* 佢話係北海道紅豆黎架

外皮方面我覺得亞月家比Sogo秀吉好d香d,
而且秀吉只得2款味道,吉士同紅豆, 食得多都悶,
秀吉$7個; 亞月家要$9個, 抹茶同朱古力要$10個, 貴dd
但以後想食大判燒果陣必定行多幾步黎Timesqaure食心太軟2號
OMG一路打一路想食多個>V<

愛吃抹茶味的我,親見他們即場製造的大判燒新鮮製造,便買了兩個抹茶紅豆味的大判燒嚐嚐看。拿上手的抹茶大判燒仿如一個暖袋,熱滕滕的最適宜在這個冬日來個熱吃小食。選擇抹茶紅豆味是因貪其豐富的口感,因為市面上所吃到其他的大判燒,大多是單一口味,極少找到同時能擁有兩種口味的呢!

嘴嚼著一口由綠茶粉漿造出來的大判燒,鬆軟非常,不單只是吃,即使是嗅一下,也能嗅得到那股小麥香。內裡是紅豆餡料, 再細嚼一口, 紅豆及綠茶味兩者都很配合。從照片中所看,紅豆餡料幼滑,但嚐起來卻沒有存在紅豆餡料搶去綠茶味的風頭。我想,可能一向綠茶的濃味較紅豆突出,因此在製造大判燒時以餡料及粉漿的濃度調教最適合的份量比例,主要是控製份量來令味道取得平衡。紅豆蓉餡料內,可以吃到原粒紅豆,增添了吃大判燒時的咬口;平時我們喝綠茶時免不了會嚐到苦澀味,但這個綠茶粉漿造出來的大判燒以將苦澀味去掉了,所以易於入口。

不講不知,為何紅豆那樣香甜及紅豆味濃呢? 原來他們是採用日本知名品牌的十勝紅豆來做紅豆蓉餡料的。從前曾自製過豆沙鍋餅,專誠前來citysuper採購十勝紅豆來作豆沙鍋餅的餡料,一吃之下卻愛上了其味道,十勝所採用的紅豆味道特別香濃。要知道單是一盒十勝紅豆的價錢可真的不便宜啊! 因此,可想而之,「亞月家 」所製的大判燒絕不欺場。

論到抹茶紅豆味大判燒的營養,無論由外至內,由北海道的優質小麥以至紅豆及綠茶所包含的各種營養都是關注健康人士的至愛。大判燒那深啡色的外層是用上北海道的優質小麥,小麥含有高纖維、維生素 E、礦物質及複合碳水化合物。小麥所含的維生素 E,是許多其他食物所沒有的。它能降低膽固醇水平並防止膽固醇黏上動脈壁,是一眾愛健康人士的選擇。至於紅豆方面,其維生素B含量是所有豆類之冠,單是紅豆的蛋白質已佔了百分之超過百分之二十。至於抹茶的營養更不用多說,每次逛書局時,均可找到大量中西健康醫書,全數均有記載抺茶可預防的各種疾病,當中包括腫瘤。

由於採用的主要食材均是從日本輸入的優質材料,總比從國內那些不明來歷的材料更能令消費者食得安心又放心, 我倒覺除了食得有營之外,也得要食得安心才是消費者的最佳選擇。更何況由內至外都是日本高質素材料,卻只賣十元一個,還不是消費者的最佳選擇嗎?
