銅鑼灣食肆最近比較少人,可能因為疫情商場舖頭早咗閂門,餐廳酒吧生意更加難做。今日好想食意大利菜,上網見到耀華街有間bacchus,打開電梯門入到餐廳,見到裝潢落咗好多心機。有大大張泥黃色梳化,配上墨綠色牆身,酒吧位置係綠+白+金色。感覺elegant,最鍾意枱面嘅透明暖色枱燈。頭盤係 foe gras toast and grilled tuna, 塊鵝肝超大,煎得皮脆香口。main course 係牛油果蟹肉寬條麵,蟹肉份量特別多配上粉綠色嘅牛油果濃汁零寬條麵變得好滑身。慢煮法國黃油雞,份量都有半隻,雖然係慢煮但係雞皮都有焗到香脆。甜品 citron tarte 加上rasberry ice cream 同四五款水果好滿足

原本是滿心歡喜的☺️,我的閨蜜👭🏻為我補祝生日,一上到去都環境尚算優雅,點知原來惡夢才正式開始😖,當侍應安排我坐下時,已發現周邊環境非常嘈吵📢📢📢,完全不似一間有質素高級西餐廳!聽到鄰近有大約8至10個顧客不停在高談闊論,似環迴立體聲🔊🔊🔊「飲杯飲杯再飲杯」,此舉完全沒有理會其他客人的感受,而餐廳的侍應亦沒有主動去作出溫馨提示!不單止嘈,更甚的是,沒有侍應主動serve,由order到離開都是由我們一次又一次打電話到前台找侍應,心想打完第一次電話後,應該會好一點,但他還是未醒覺,我們需要一而再,再而三打電話才會有待應,到最後埋單我們已沒有耐性再致電叫他埋單,而是直接到前台付款後就生氣的走了😤😤😤!我們一心只想好好享受一頓生日飯,談談心,從未試過如此又嘈,服務又差的體驗!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻,即使美食是多麼吸引也不值我會再次光臨及推介!

聽到鄰近有大約8至10個顧客不停在高談闊論,似環迴立體聲🔊🔊🔊「飲杯飲杯再飲杯」,此舉完全沒有理會其他客人的感受,而餐廳的侍應亦沒有主動去作出溫馨提示!不單止嘈,更甚的是,沒有侍應主動serve,由order到離開都是由我們一次又一次打電話到前台找侍應,心想打完第一次電話後,應該會好一點,但他還是未醒覺,我們需要一而再,再而三打電話才會有待應,到最後埋單我們已沒有耐性再致電叫他埋單,而是直接到前台付款後就生氣的走了😤😤😤!我們一心只想好好享受一頓生日飯,談談心,從未試過如此又嘈,服務又差的體驗!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻,即使美食是多麼吸引也不值我會再次光臨及推介!

真係估唔到依幢大廈裏邊嘅西餐廳可以好食到呢個地步,我真係好少食到每一樣嘢都好好食嘅西餐廳。而間一定係我嘅翻兜必選。仲要環境正,有格調,情侶朋友都啱黎。佢嘅Menu唔算特別厚,但係有個廚師發板嘅西餐,幾特別,有頭盤、main course,仲有個甜品,其實為起嚟都幾抵,可以考慮吓賣相幾好,適合打卡。哈密瓜好甜,火腿唔會過鹹,包住哈密瓜一齊食係我最鍾意嘅食法。今次係我第一次食黃油雞,侍應話黃油雞算係雞裏便比較高級嘅一種,而且佢個做法係先慢煮(?)再煎香表面,所以裏邊食落去係超級滑嫩,佢嘅雞肉唔係普通白烚雞胸嘅嗰種味道,咬落去嘅時候你會感覺得到肉中的黃油的香味真係好唔錯甜品係有子芝士蛋糕,唔會太過結實,屬於係順滑嘅一種。隔離伴碟啲嘅生果都唔係求求期期。因為我喺餐牌上唔係好搵到呢一款甜品,跟住侍應話依個係是日甜品,就算第日想再返嚟食都未必會有得食好滿足嘅一餐西餐!
