To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太古城工作完事，想是但求其吃，在誠品內看到百芳便當，話明便當，簡單快食，正合我意。簡單的套餐項目，有很多選擇，有飯、麵、粉，配上飲品都只是$65，價錢合理。書店格局簡約寧靜，看見很多個都是一支公自己食，相信這裡是一個人的好選擇⋯⋯飲品可以選茉香綠茶，不用加錢，無糖系列，黃色的熊仔杯，相當可愛。香酥豬扒肉燥乾伴麵:筆者當日選伴麵，感覺冇咁飽，其實都是自欺欺人份量剛好，肉燥伴麵點點肥肉撈混入味，三扒兩撥攪掂晒⋯⋯整體來說太古城中心內的快靚正之選。

下午三點仍未食午飯，見到好多人坐喺百芳食緊嘢，相信應該唔錯，立即試吓。佢哋嘅menu 冇分午餐，下午茶或者晚餐，如果以下午茶來講價錢一般，並不便宜，但當食午餐可以接受，而且喺太古城。簡單一句，速度快，取單到攞食物大約等5至8分鐘左右。賣相同廣告相差唔多，冇驚亦冇喜。飯同豬手熱度好似唔夠，夏天要小心。滷水味偏淡，豬手切得細件，方便進食及吐骨。比較特別係嗰烏龍茶，點解係甜嘅？整體可以接受，見到好多學生前來購買飲品。相信佢哋喺太古城，應該好受歡迎。

這店在誠品書店內的第二層，即L1層，這店主打台灣便當和台式茶飲，這次只來買他們的珍珠奶茶。外賣杯設計可愛。奶茶Order 了微甜，甜味是微甜，珍珠比較腍，不夠煙韌彈牙，珍珠量不夠多。雖茶不夠濃但有微微的茶香味，整體不過不失。食物方面，有機會會來試試。This restaurant is on L1 of Eslite Bookstore. The restaurant is serving Taiwanese lunch boxes and Taiwanese tea. I bought the Bubble Tea ($24).The takeaway cup is cute.The sweetness was just right as what I’ve chosen.The pearl was soft, not chewy. The amount of the pearl was not much.The tea was not strong enough whereas with subtle tea fragrance. It’s so so. Might come to try their food next time.
