早前純粹第一次經過尖沙咀Bakehouse見到排長龍,無為意是賣甚麼便走了。第二次在非繁忙平日時間經過見到無排長龍,即刻入去睇下。買了1個原味鬆餅+洋蔥煙肉鬆餅+原味牛角包+雞批。第三次也在平日非繁忙時間趁無人特登入去買了2個蛋撻+原味鬆餅。之後成日心思思想再去買,特登上網搵下有無其他分店,因為真是很好味。介紹下曾經食過的bakehouse食品:原味鬆餅:一向很喜歡鬆餅的我,食到外脆內軟,鬆軟度新鮮度都好的得幾間,這間要推薦,實在很合口味。洋蔥煙肉鬆餅:咸鬆餅是我第二次食到的,很難搵到,第一次在Tiffany cafe tea set食到,這間竟然有得買,很驚喜。好香好惹味,喜歡牛角包:無影相。是鬆脆好味嘅,可能整得好味的牛角包店比較易搵,相對無咁驚喜。蛋撻:外形和港式蛋撻當然不同。但這店的蛋撻蛋香味濃,皮脆涵靚。雞批:我無食,但食的人分享足料夠香脆,好味。會令我再想食多幾次的,絕對是鬆餅和蛋撻,真係好好味。

原味鬆餅:一向很喜歡鬆餅的我,食到外脆內軟,鬆軟度新鮮度都好的得幾間,這間要推薦,實在很合口味。
洋蔥煙肉鬆餅:咸鬆餅是我第二次食到的,很難搵到,第一次在Tiffany cafe tea set食到,這間竟然有得買,很驚喜。好香好惹味,喜歡

牛角包:無影相。是鬆脆好味嘅,可能整得好味的牛角包店比較易搵,相對無咁驚喜。
蛋撻:外形和港式蛋撻當然不同。但這店的蛋撻蛋香味濃,皮脆涵靚。
雞批:我無食,但食的人分享足料夠香脆,好味。
會令我再想食多幾次的,絕對是鬆餅和蛋撻,真係好好味。

今早到訪沒有人龍、加上近曰工作壓力,很想吃甜。葡撻$12這葡撻依然暖的,酥皮鬆化,但又不油膩,加上焦糖面旦醬餡料,味道香甜,滑溜溜的,沒有澳門葡撻過甜的問題,吃罷也沒有一口油,好吃。杏仁丹麥酥~$30每一家麵包店有杏仁丹麥酥我都會試一下,我最喜歡的是robuchon 的杏仁牛角酥,而這一款也不錯,內裡沒什麼餡料,就係純粹的丹麥酥滋味,口感鬆化,加上表面的杏仁皮和碎杏仁,十分滋味,綠茶冬甩$38這綠茶冬甩個子小小,冬甩比較似麵包質地,在砂糖冬甩內是香滑的綠茶cream, 口感香滑,抹茶味濃,甘口,溫和的甜味,每一口都有綠茶cream, 好吃。這綠茶冬甩比city super 的抹茶泡芙更實在,雖然冬甩體積不大,都幾滿足。蘋果scone $22這scone 質感實在,口感鬆化,有著蘋果清香,而且這味道在坊間比較少見,平常常見的多是原味、提子、朱古力味等,這蘋果風scone 味道比較清新。吃甜的作早餐和下午茶,感覺心情好少少,滿足。

每一家麵包店有杏仁丹麥酥我都會試一下,我最喜歡的是robuchon 的杏仁牛角酥,而這一款也不錯,內裡沒什麼餡料,就係純粹的丹麥酥滋味,口感鬆化,加上表面的杏仁皮和碎杏仁,十分滋味,

這綠茶冬甩個子小小,冬甩比較似麵包質地,在砂糖冬甩內是香滑的綠茶cream, 口感香滑,抹茶味濃,甘口,溫和的甜味,每一口都有綠茶cream, 好吃。這綠茶冬甩比city super 的抹茶泡芙更實在,雖然冬甩體積不大,都幾滿足。

這scone 質感實在,口感鬆化,有著蘋果清香,而且這味道在坊間比較少見,平常常見的多是原味、提子、朱古力味等,這蘋果風scone 味道比較清新。

呢間開咗咁耐,每次星期六日行過都會見到排長龍,每次都放棄,有一次真係想排隊,見到裏面只有其他麵包,冇晒最出名嘅酸種蛋撻,就行過左冇買到。今日終於平日請咗假,有幸又係附近,原來入去問店員佢哋話等嗰九個字就可以有新鮮出爐嘅酸種蛋撻,原來入去問店員就會有亦都唔駛等好耐,帶返張單過嚟Pick up就得講返個蛋撻,試到呢佢個皮非常酥脆!蛋撻餡又好濃味,好平均,加埋一齊好好味因為最少要買六個嘅關係,買咗六個同老公先試咗兩個,剩返四個第二日翻熱俾屋企人食都係非常之好味

bakehouse相信是大家耳熟能詳的麵包店,這一間麵包店最為出名的便是葡撻,近看這些葡撻,不會太燶,在焗爐中烹調得剛剛好,你能夠看見蛋將微微的微焦,這便是最完美的葡撻。而且你能夠看見葡撻的外皮,是十分鬆化,層層分離,不會疊在一起。除此以外,你能夠看見葡撻外皮分離自如,每一片也是十分香脆可口的。另外不得不說的是蛋漿的甜度十分適中,這算是我吃過最好吃的葡撻。雖然這間麵包店主打的是葡撻,但是我也嘗試去購買這一間的牛角包,由於葡撻的酥皮做得非常完美,所以牛角包亦十分鬆脆烹調程度十分準確,咬下去牛角包十分鬆化,層層清楚,亦不會過乾。

佢嘅脆皮有鹹味,都似鹹蛋黃炒到起沙嘅金沙醬咁,不過麵包體比較乾身,而中間嘅奶黃餡嘅鹹蛋味偏濃郁,但唔知係咪隔咗日先再用焗爐翻熱嚟食嘅關係,中間嘅餡都無人哋影到嘅流心效果🤔 但呢個中西合璧嘅包嘅配搭都幾夾嘅😌
