呢間餐廳入到去就感受到佢地熱情的態度, 坐低o左之後, 待應就熱情地介紹佢地的menu, 我order o左2 special drinks, 2 俄羅斯麵包;波菜& 蘑菇, 1Russian salad, 椰菜卷, 1appetiser 羊肉串薄餅& 1coffee condut..something. D special drinks 得個甜味,D麵包幾軟熟,波菜好味D,1appetiser 羊肉串薄餅都ok la,不過D羊肉係免治的,冇main course D 串燒用扒咁好味,價錢都貴Dla. 不過下次都要試o下. D甜品都幾得意.我地咁樣食法都係HKD385 連加一.我個人就唔多鍾意live band, 嘈到講唔到o野.

呢年諾士佛台尾段大興土木,幾個月前在10 號地段開o左幾間餐廳,有Island Seafood , 香辣屋等等....睇落好像成個名店坊搬o左過來? 不過對老尖搵食之人有福喇,又多個選擇在諾士佛臺.........在香港想食俄羅斯菜,識食之人會諗起去伊利近街的"三套車" ,平民港式少少可去皇后,但係上兩個月在諾士佛台10號靜悄悄開o左間"Balalaika"~就算今晚周六黃金時段都無乜人,無訂位也可直行直過,棟o左門口個外籍女經理相信係俄國人,對呢間餐廳初步印象唔錯。有間房有水晶吊燈紅色厚廉,華麗堂皇,不過要包房相信每人最低消費都唔o野少...全港唯一一個volka 冰櫃,櫃內氣溫拍得住冬天的加拿大安省~入到去飲volka 有咩感覺???? 唔識答你亦唔會答你,小弟真係沒有膽量去嘗試...頭盤一個熱一個凍,凍果個係芝士蛋,做法係拾熟隻蛋,取出蛋黃,再加芝士,紅椒,青椒搞暈~唔錯,不過份量真的好少,伴碟的沙律菜好新鮮.... 熱o個個係俄羅斯腸,比我上星期在Belgo 吃過的野豬腸幼細,味道無咁激,不過若果點上芥辣吃又唔同講法. 莫斯科羅宋湯同出面周街都係o個d 唔同,用料好簡單

莫斯科羅宋湯同出面周街都係o個d 唔同,用料好簡單,椰菜絲,紅椒絲,青椒絲,味道都唔同,無咁辣..

唔知正宗的俄國菜館上串燒果時係咪會較暗燈光,點火o黎招"火焰串燒" 之後全體拍手掌?? 但係呢處就係喇~排骨串燒到外面好脆,骨都軟埋,不過肉質都係咁上下,同屋企食豉汁蒸排骨差唔多.~

海鮮批份量絕不怯場,大大舊酥皮批,仲有兩舊三文魚,兩舊Black Cod 魚,一隻大蝦..酥皮批內包住飯,三文魚等等~飯外表同味道有點似菜飯.是晚頭盤主菜都係share 來吃,否則個酥皮批一人之力未必食得晒.

甜品Russian Pudding,伴手指餅來吃,入口好滑,碟底的汁好有酒香,但係亦帶點藥水味.........

環境絕對o岩拖友去,夠靜局也~另樓上開o左間"Club Havana" ,雪茄紅酒BAR~杏仁仔,碇壞人又有新蒲點喇.
