今晚飯局比較特別,去食印尼菜,而且是一間四十多年老字號的印尼餐廳,食物夠地道,價格亦親民。店內裝潢以簡約木系為主,坐得舒適,聊天飯聚最適合。印尼樽仔花茶 $30介紹說這支是每個印尼人都必飲的花茶,樽身似可口可樂樽,花茶飲落柔順甘醇,甜甜地味道有點似菊花茶。雙色咖央多士 $43強烈推薦一定要食這份小食,多士是竹炭和雜穀麵包所製,即叫即烘好香脆,中間夾住一整塊牛油片,再加上甜甜的斑蘭咖央醬,賣相好睇,而且好好食。印尼沙爹串燒(6串起,可選3款) $121不同的串燒價錢各有不同,大多是三十幾蚊兩串,我們選了雞肉、羊肉及沙爹莉莉(魚加蝦混合),雞肉羊肉都嫩滑,至於沙爹莉莉則偏向魚肉較多,入口似食魚蛋,重點是甜甜地的沙爹醬真係好好味。印尼特色炒飯 $99印尼炒飯可選辣或不辣,但其實辣味不算太勁,所以建議一定要選辣,惹味好多。炒飯粒粒分明,吸滿印尼黑醬油精華,咸咸地又好香,以蝦仁及魷魚做配菜,份量多到每一口都食到,連同流心太陽蛋及蝦片,滿滿印尼風味。芒果珍多雪糕冰 $65賣相好吸晴,芒果及斑蘭QQ舖滿椰汁刨冰上,加上一大球芒果雪糕,食完涼入心,鍾意甜點的不要錯過。 continue reading

成日出街食飯,日本韓國餐成日都食,今次就喺佐敦附近搵食,見到一間好特別嘅餐廳!個名叫做峇里堂,峇里島就聽得多,但係其實都唔係好知道招牌菜係咩,所以就想去一試!餐廳係木系裝修,好多窗邊位,視野開陽,坐得幾舒服!原來係印尼菜,啱晒重口味嘅我!我哋今次就嗌咗幾樣招牌試試Menu上都有小知識,原來峇里島係會食豬肉,而大部份印尼地區因為宗教問題係唔食豬肉嘅最吸引我嘅就係呢個雙色咖央多士!其中一面應該係落咗竹炭,食落感覺分別不大,不過個樣就比較特別,值得一讚嘅係電話落單時,可以選擇牛油同醬料嘅多少,怕肥就可以減少醬!即刻冇咁罪惡!滿滿一層嘅牛油,再連埋甜甜地嘅咖央醬,非常好食!另外我哋仲嗌咗巴東牛肉,係炆得好軟腍腍嘅牛腩,滿滿一碟,淨係食肉都夠飽!味道偏鹹,重香料味,建議可以嗌個白飯中和一下!我哋嗌咗嘅印尼炒飯,冇諗過會辣得咁緊要,因為入面落咗好多辣椒,所以越食越辣!如果唔食得辣嘅話,就要慎點!另外仲嗌咗一個芒果珍多雪糕冰,芒果超甜,整體都不錯,不過因為手機落單,冇得揀後上甜品,所以甜品係第一道上菜嘅如果店員可以留心一下上菜先後會更好 continue reading
