Love the concept of taking last years big boomer (the burger) and giving it a fresh look. Little Bao is one of my favourites in Hong Kong. Was eager to try this out. Ordered the tiger prawn cheese wonton, which be warned is nothing but a stale puff pastry topped with a sixth of a prawn and a very standard cheese sauce, 3 of those should have turned us away but the fries were pretty decent so we stayed, terrible choice. The pork belly Bao was tough and had a piece of bone in it, it also had no sauce whatsoever to bring it together, come to think of it there wasn't even a slaw to make it palatable. The baoburger was a small slab of over cooked party in a dry bun. I have eaten a lot of places in HK this was my worst experience!
