呢條街兩邊食店遍地開花,食麵或飲野都有。有時響應完夜繽紛想食D野,呢間串燒店可解我燃眉之急。店舖面積一眼睇晒,自行寫紙落單,辣度可選擇。點咗鷄軟骨 ($28/2 串),雞腎 ($28/2串),大墨魚咀 ($28),免治鷄肉棒 ($20),牛舌芯 ($38),虎皮青椒 ($13)等,一次過變拼盤上枱。先食大墨魚咀,入口軟糯。比起牛舌,呢客牛舌芯來得更嫩滑,厚切帶來口感之餘唔會韌; 灑上孜然粉作調味,另一番風味。呢度嘅免治鷄肉棒,比起日式細碼D,無蛋汁點住食,入口外面乾身D,內裏鷄肉唔乾。原隻上嘅虎皮青椒,成支竹籤咁大隻嘅都少見,入口有D辣度,好彩都食到。友人點選鹽燒白鱔 ($55),燒得皮脆肉仍嫩身,鱔肉帶點厚度,友人滿意。每次去食串燒必叫嘅一定係蒜蓉原條茄子 ($38),切開鋪滿蒜蓉,未食已聞到蒜香味。用筷子一起就夾滿一注,調味岩岩好,軟身中食到蒜粒,再熱D就仲好食。友人唔食茄子,咁就叫客蒜蓉金菇菜 ($45)比佢。份量超多,以錫紙兜加上大量蒜蓉煮,熱辣辣都幾好食。就咁食串燒驚唔飽都無需擔心,呢度有飯粉麵作為主食類。叫咗其中一款錫紙花甲粉 ($65)一齊分享。  帶點麻辣味嘅湯底,麻香多過辣,有類似粉絲配湯都唔錯; 花甲細隻但無咩沙,仲多數都有肉。即點即製,要點時間等待,有加一服務費。聽到外賣落單嘅響聲響不停,店員及廚師亦忙過不停。 continue reading

銅鑼灣登龍街作為食肆聚集地 今次就一於試下間日本串燒🍢蒜蓉粉絲蒸大蟶子皇首先食落好juicy 唔會話燒得太乾 蒜蓉同粉絲嘅分配都非常好 所以食落唔會有種互想搶味嘅感覺 另外呢度都有好多海鮮選擇 海鮮控一定唔可以錯過!薄切牛舌 雖然寫係薄切 我個人認為就有少少厚度 不過就岩岩好 食落有口感 亦非常之軟身 啖啖肉雞中翼食串燒必叫 我會覺得係測試師傅嘅燒功 要外脆內軟唔係件易事😈蒜蓉原條茄子🍆我係蒜蓉同茄子之間作出左個好大嘅決擇☠️ 最後都係揀返必叫蒜蓉版 果然冇失望法式焦糖鵝肝多士另一樣必食!多士上嘅焦糖多到好似唔洗錢咁 燒到非常脆身 中和返鵝肝嘅油膩 好夾最後以翠肉瓜收尾🥒 食左咁多肉都要食返啲蔬果中和下 脆口多汁 continue reading

想與朋友一起食串燒,所以去銅鑼灣這串燒食店晚餐,我們點了花甲粉,鰻魚炒飯,外加鮑魚和豬仔脾。鮑魚肥美,廚師在鮑魚肉身切了幾片,令食客可以小片地品嚐,蒜蓉味道濃,外放上孜然辣椒等香料一齊烤,非常好食。花申粉比較像麻辣燙調味,粉絲吸收了湯味,咸辣味交融,花甲也食到他的鮮味,其他配料溶入了湯底,帶出非常香味道。豬仔脾是中式燒烤整法,香辣味十足,非常香孜然。鰻魚炒飯是日本照燒味道,飯粒彈牙,鰻魚不錯,吃時有融化的感覺。 continue reading

叫咗幾個串燒嚟都係凍嘅,仲有個炒公仔麵,鹹到極點唔知點樣可以被攞出俾人食仲有麻辣燙勁難食,仲衰過自己喺屋企煮完全唔知食緊乜嘢將隻炸雞翼抌落去煮麵個湯底又唔好食,又唔係平,唔知自己食緊咩落肚,叫咗個腸仔炒飯個炒飯全部都係燶味,腸仔又係燶嘅,最慘係叫咗個雞皮餃子咬落去雞皮係燶晒一餐完全唔知食緊咩嘢仲要收一服務費地方非常污糟以後都唔會再去,超級劣評餐廳其實建議佢可以自己試吓啲嘢食好唔好食先去平定個價錢就算俾錢以後都唔會再去任何嘢都好食過呢一間成條登龍街如果唔係全部舖頭收咗我都唔會中伏入咗去 continue reading
