⚜️今日熊妹同樹熊去荃灣行下,行下行下發現了位於聯仁街一間隱世的串燒小店,下午四點幾食返幾串小食都好喎!📌店舖唔算好大,但已經有六人大枱、四人枱同二人枱,足以多人聚餐同二人撐枱腳。📌牆上又掛滿日本風情海報同放上各款清酒🍶,走日本居酒屋風格。蟹籽沙律,$40熊妹餐前一定要食個沙律清新一下口腔同腸胃先!串燒店來講都係蟹籽沙律最吸引。清新的青瓜絲配撘沙律醬,仲有少許蟹柳絲同蟹籽,各款材料比例剛好,係唔錯的前菜沙律!牛肉稻庭烏冬(午餐),$58五點前仲有得叫午餐,午餐有飯同烏冬,大概$50-$60,包一客小食同飲品,幾抵食喎!大大大驚喜🤩,一碗午餐份量的烏冬係大大碗!用上味噌鹹味湯底加入一堆海苔,浸淋左都好有味道,重點在牛肉,係厚實的嫩牛肉,食落勁粉嫩,無根無渣啖啖肉好有咬口,仲要份量好多,成碗烏冬超抵食。明太子薯條,跟餐小食小小一碟,都有十條八條!炸薯條好脆口,係脆身款,面頭淋上明太子醬一啲都唔吝嗇,午餐仲有小食食下過下口癮,開心🥳!燒芝士腸,$10燒燒賣,$12燒花枝丸,$14串燒店竟然有平時一般燒烤食物,腸仔、燒賣、花枝丸、紅腸、鴨胸等等,驚喜地搽上了蜜糖去燒🍯,十足十bbq的味道!牛油粟米,$14半條粟米搽上牛油🧈同蜜糖去燒,夠入味又不失粟米水份,🆗!燒雞腎,$18燒雞軟骨,$18雪梨牛肉卷,$38各款肉類串燒都好齊全,豬、牛、羊、雞大路部位都有,全部都灑上椒鹽去燒,上枱好香,雞腎,雞軟骨都係串燒必叫之選,特別在雪梨牛肉卷,薄切的牛肉燒得好香,包裹著清甜的雪梨🍐,減輕了油膩加了清新感覺💫,兩者配撘得幾特別。娃娃菜,$16燒西蘭花苗,$20當然要點菜類喇!燒菜🥬充滿醬油味,加埋本身菜的水份,濕濕地一啲都唔乾,食啲菜又有纖維感覺健康啲。焦糖菠蘿,$32菠蘿面頭加了蜜糖去烤,變成焦糖脆面,瀑汁的菠蘿🍍酸酸甜甜加埋蜜糖味,非常解膩!芝士流心蛋大啡菇,$36一大個大啡菇面頭加了流心蛋同一整片芝士覆蓋著,切落去蛋黃即時流出來,仲加了洋蔥粒🧅有點爽口口感,要趁芝士🧀熱食溶化的口感最佳。月見免治雞肉軟骨棒,$38月見雞肉棒從來都係熊妹最愛的串燒,月見燒汁加了一隻日本蛋黃,雞肉同雞軟骨攪碎後製成的雞肉棒啖啖肉又多點雞軟骨的脆口,呢款串燒的美味係會令人一試愛上!汁燒牛舌尖,$38牛舌尖👅有三大件,超級厚切一件,牛舌尖比牛舌質感軟淋一點,更能滲入醬汁味道,熊妹認為淋身的牛舌尖比起爽口的牛舌更為滋味。雞泡魚干,$46下酒菜一流的雞泡魚干🐠係令人難以抗拒的㕋食,塗上醬汁燒烤,收乾醬汁水份變得醬油味好濃稠,一條條再點埋沙律醬,真係超好送酒的下酒菜。羊架,$48灑上椒鹽的羊架🐩做到一啲羊騷味都無,啖啖肉咁食真係大快朵頤,仲有少少肥美的羊脂位加重羊架的滋味!燒聖子(蒜蓉),$42聖子今日的巿價$42一隻,食海鮮一定係加蒜蓉,係加左好多好多蒜蓉,燒出個鮮味,聖子好爽口,蒜蓉味濃🧄,海鮮黎講唔錯選擇!薑蜜樂,$26青檸梳打,$26📌本身唸住食幾串過下口癮,點知叫下叫下,叫左十幾款叫到成枱都係,串燒小小地都可以吃到好飽!📌小小店鋪食得出用心製作,大眾化的口味!熊妹下次黎開荃灣都會再encore! continue reading

早排夜晚11點宵夜時間經過呢間串燒竟然都座無虛席,於是今日同朋友決定一早嚟試,好彩黎得早,一到七點就full晒,就知道值得了!呢度嘅食物都幾高質素,我哋為咗叫多啲嘢食,淨係叫一個主食,就係牛肉烏冬,烏冬可以選擇加唔加蔥同海帶,兩樣都加就令個湯更加濃郁。一開始我以為牛肉係普通嘅急凍肥牛,但原來係新鮮牛肉,好有牛味,唔會太韌。食串燒我哋就最鍾意食海鮮,我哋叫咗扇貝、帶子、青酒煮蜆。扇貝同帶子同樣地都係揀咗蒜蓉味,不過兩者之間,扇貝嘅肉係比較嫩、帶子嘅肉質係比較實。相比較之下,比較喜歡帶子嘅味道。至於清酒煮蜆朋友就讚不絕口,因為蜆肉飽滿,味道非常鮮甜,非常推介。肉類嘅串燒,我哋叫咗羊架、鹽燒牛小排、明太子雞翼同芝士腸等等。羊架同牛小排係燒到剛剛好,唔難咬;明太子雞翼係好飽滿,明太子係有少少辣,雞翼嘅外皮係脆脆哋,增加口感。芝士腸都有佢嘅特別之處,外皮好脆,但完全唔會乾身影響內裏嘅肉質,都幾令人驚喜。我哋仲叫左個比較少見嘅肉鬆茄子,原來呢個配搭都幾惹味,好似平時食小炒嘅感覺。食串燒點可以少得有飲品同甜品呢,我哋叫咗大話七同埋青檸梳打。兩杯嘢飲都好大杯,而且好夠氣同味!最令我驚喜嘅係呢度有自家製嘅焦糖芝士蛋糕,表面嘅脆卜卜既焦糖同芝士蛋糕非常之夾,芝士非常軟身,好推介! continue reading

好耐冇食串燒再啤一啤,今晚就黎到呢間朋友介紹好抵食的串燒店到食,好在有訂枱,好快就full House。呢度啲串燒都有好多類別,雞,牛,羊,豬,海鮮,仲有炸物,飯類,麵類,同一品料理,真係好多選擇。薯蓉沙律 $38份量好多,中間會食到啲青瓜粒同薯仔粒,作為一個開胃前菜幾好。焦糖菠蘿 $30呢個真係好推介,表面燒到焦脆,菠蘿入面keep到好水潤同仲好甜,細心地切到一小塊,好方便食。焦糖骰仔豬手 $22搽咗蜜糖作表面再燒,好香焦糖味,個豬手肥瘦比例剛好,送酒一流。鹽燒牛舌 $48有三塊,好香口。燒白鱔 $42燒到個皮好脆,食到白鱔肉仲好嫩。鹽燒牛小排 $45呢個我都好推介,有肉汁得黎又好香牛肉味,掂。鹽燒五花腩 $28肥瘦比例適中,一入口油脂作口腔入面爆發。鹽燒手羽 $28正常水準燒魷魚板 $25個辣汁好惹味,會令人想食完一嚿再一嚿。燒聖子 $42揀咗蒜蓉口味,個蒜蓉味超香,但又冇搶到聖子的鮮味。芝士年糕 $32有兩舊,入口好軟糯嘅口感。雞泡魚乾 $46燒到一啲都唔乾,仲keep到juicy,又係送酒一流。姿燒黃花魚 $95呢個好大條呀,魚皮燒到好脆身,入面啲魚肉仲好鮮好嫰滑,配上惹味嘅泰式汁,好快就KO左條魚。Sapporo 330ml $38食串燒點可以唔飲啤酒呢。凍蜂蜜生薑蜜 $26好好飲丫,覺得好夠薑,夠甜,如果冬天飲呢個熱飲會好正。呢度食物水準非常之高,難怪見keep住有人入黎幫襯,大推👍👍👍👍👍 continue reading
