黎到主菜嘅部分,朋友選擇咗慢煮羊肉配香料石榴蒔蘿飯。薑黃飯唔會太乾或者太濕口感好好,薑黃適中,而且石榴粒大大提升咗成個飯嘅清爽,慢煮羊肉則非常軟淋,而且應該因為切走咗啲脂肪,所以羊肉雖然濃但唔會羶,如果怕羊羶都絕對可以入口。

今日去到中環Bedu 試下中東菜。一個lunch set 220有前菜、主菜同甜品都幾抵食。餐廳有bar枱,想放鬆吓都可以叫幾杯小酒。前菜有三樣 SMOKY HUMMUS with FLATBREAD麵包熱辣辣,非常軟熟,配搭調味適當鷹嘴豆蓉,配搭出色。SEASONAL PICKLES酸酸甜甜,爽口十分開胃。GRILLED BABY SQUID with BASIL, CORIANDER HUMMUS魷魚鮮甜,爽口彈牙,沾上羅勒醬,更加香濃惹味。主菜ROASTED CHICKEN with CHERMOULA CHILLI, TABOULI, LEMON, CARROT HUMMUS調味惹味,煙熏味夾雜着檸檬酸清新香味。加上雞肉醃得十分入味,雞肉嫩滑。PAN FRIED KING FISH 香煎餃魚 withTABOULI SALAD, CORIANDER OIL, TAHINI YOGHURT煎得香脆,魚肉嫩滑,都幾厚身,沾上Yogurt,酸酸甜甜。是日甜品 芒果雪葩雪葩綿滑,芒果味十分香濃,加上脆口朱古力Brownie,口感變得豐富有層次,甜品驚喜十足。

Weekend Brunch套餐仲包括60分鐘free flow drinks,可以揀香檳、啤酒、紅、白酒,我哋另外嗌咗兩杯Mocktails(Sunrise & Green Garden)都好好飲,服務亦好貼心,坐吧枱可以欣賞廚房製作食物嘅過程,算係為數不多會回訪嘅中東菜餐廳👍🏻
