另一個就係羊腿扁豆燴飯、葡萄乾、堅果,這個都係招牌菜,羊腿軟燸香滑,口味濃郁,上面放了葡萄乾、堅果作配搭,很有聖誕樹的感覺。羊腿肉經過慢煮後,味道變得特別鮮美,肉香口感好有層次,口感軟嫩,加入各種香料,鹹香微甜,芳香四溢。
而扁豆燴飯夠濕潤,扁豆吸收羊肉和香料嘅味道,甜味清新,好食有層次感。

最後甜品就係芒果冰沙、時令鮮果、莓果香料,這款甜品是充滿中東風味的芒果沙冰,BERRY SPICE 有一點微辣讓我大有驚喜,MANGO SORBET 甜度滿分,配埋豐富新鮮的生果,口感十足。

Weekend 周圍都係人,但喺去左中上環區反而有種慢活樂活的感覺,人唔多,而且大多都係閒閒逛逛,唔會急趕閒逛中上環區會見到好多好靚的壁畫,仲見到有人畫緊壁畫,好得意!喺呢個咁靚的壁畫隔離喺一間中東餐廳,餐廳入面好舒服好闊落,我地坐喺窗邊一路享受餐點一路望住悠閒的途人,好不寫意。餐廳的餐點讓我大為驚喜,現在還是回味三分。週末有set lunch ,首先係Mezze platter , 好靚的一盤,有沙律,有牛肉,也有燒得熱辣辣但十分鬆軟的簿餅,牛肉同個醬汁真係調得十分好,說不出的味道,但好有層次,同簿餅一齊食好夾,而個沙律係有左好香濃的黑醋汁,食落酸酸甜甜,再加埋紅石榴,紫椰菜等,爽脆好食!前菜我點左鷹嘴豆炸餅同醃帶子,沒想到用豆做的餅可以做到咁脆,豆的口感好有層次,真係健康好食。醃帶子同樣出色,件帶子咬落口帶鮮嫩的感覺,配上酸檸汁讓人開胃。主菜我地點左香煎鯛魚同埋烤鴨腿,原本我係好怕食鴨腿,怕肉會乾柴,點知呢個係煮得好優秀的鴨腿,外皮脆香,肉裏肉質帶油香,一點不乾。至於鯛魚,食得出的新鮮味美,外脆內嫩。最後的甜點也是畫龍點睛,開初睇相我有點怕外國甜點會太甜,但佢個甜度掌握得非常好脆卜

最後的甜點也是畫龍點睛,開初睇相我有點怕外國甜點會太甜,但佢個甜度掌握得非常好脆卜卜的炸酥,配上意大利拉絲雪糕,豐富的nuts加添口感,也有多一重口感,配上黑茶和黑咖啡,真係享受生活呀

BEDU精緻中東菜本身以為中東菜來來去去都係串燒/ KABA, 但最近到訪了BEDU,試了一系列充滿中東風味美食,先發現中東菜都有好多唔同路線。我地叫了2個lunch set,有一個platter, appetizer, mains 同dessert。Platter有煙燻盧嘴豆蓉,搭配上扁包和醃菜。盧嘴豆蓉口感細膩,煙燻的香氣撲鼻,扁包柔軟而有嚼勁,醃菜則帶來了微微酸味,三者搭配在一起,味道層次豐富。Appetizer我們點了鷹嘴豆炸餅及香料烤小魷魚,鷹嘴豆炸餅外酥內嫩,鷹嘴豆的香氣濃郁,搭配上特製的醬料。小魷魚烤得外焦里嫩,香料的味道滲透其中,充滿了異國風情。Mains番紅花牛油烤雞,雞肉烤得金黃酥脆,內裡鮮嫩多汁,番紅花和牛油的香氣完美結合,搭配藜麥沙律,健康又可以代替主食。另一道主菜燒鴨腿洋蔥扁豆燴飯,醬汁帶甜,鴨腿肉質鮮嫩,洋蔥和扁豆燴飯的味道濃郁,搭配起來味道很夾。BEDU的裝潢風格充滿了外國特色,外牆有一幅大大的壁畫,有中上環特色又讓人有置身外國的感覺!

兩個人一客,有兩個選擇。
🏅核桃杏仁焦糖千層酥餅
~~來到這兒,已經好飽了,可是這個甜品卻非常有驚喜。尤其是那兩片酥餅,非常非常好食。它有別於平日吃到的法式千層酥或拿破崙酥,中東式的是更為脆口。兩片千層酥夾着4球雲尼拿雪糕,淋下焦糖,香濃甜美,一試難忘。

羊肉煙燻鷹嘴豆泥 & 中東扁包
中東扁包真係熱辣辣新鮮出爐,店員教落可以直接點鷹嘴豆泥食,亦可以包黎食🤤 羊肉味道幾濃但唔會羶,鷹嘴豆泥夠軟綿,再加上松子仁同埋香草夠晒香,配埋中東扁包一齊食真係好正!其實本身望落好似會好漏咁但一啲都唔會🤪

鷹嘴豆餅炸到好香脆,而且都幾紮實,配上醃芒果芝麻醬同松子仁香草醬,中和咗炸餅油膩嘅感覺~ 食到黎呢度發現,香草醬應該係中東菜嘅精髓,幾乎每一道菜都會有佢嘅出現,但意外地佢同每一道菜都好夾,個人幾中意👍 其實食到黎呢度已經覺得有少少飽,每一道前菜都滿滿嘅份量,性價比黎講真係好高

Slow Cooked Lamb
黎到主菜嘅部分,朋友選擇咗慢煮羊肉配香料石榴蒔蘿飯。薑黃飯唔會太乾或者太濕口感好好,薑黃適中,而且石榴粒大大提升咗成個飯嘅清爽,慢煮羊肉則非常軟淋,而且應該因為切走咗啲脂肪,所以羊肉雖然濃但唔會羶,如果怕羊羶都絕對可以入口。

雞腿肉煮到岩岩好所以肉質相對都幾嫩滑,唔會乾同硬,而且雞腿肉應該有提前醃過,所以好入味,再加埋蘿蔔鷹嘴豆蓉同不可缺少嘅中東辣椒香草醬,令到成個香味another level咁

身為愛酒之人嘅朋友叫咗一杯House wine,酒嘅單寧同酸度較低,入口容易,果香味濃厚,帶有雲呢拿香味。朋友覺得幾適合女士或者少飲酒嘅人,佢仲諗住自己買返屋企飲😂


總括黎講性價比真係好高,如果之後轉menu會再試🤤
